Rythian never left her side, he stayed by her at all costs, healing her back to full health. During that period of time-which was around four years-, (Y/N) also met some more out-casts , ones who were much like her. Abandoned.

Rythian, along with her new founded friends Teep and Zoey, taught (Y/N) how to be human. What food was safe and what wasn't, how to farm, cook, build, mine, craft and all of the basics.

After getting caught in a rainstorm when trying to herd some cattle, both Rythian and (Y/N) sat in front of Rythian's fireplace t dry off and warm up. Casually talking and laughing over things that had happened in the past.

"You look a mess," Rythian chuckled, looking at the woman sat at his side, her hair sticking to her scalp because of the rain, and the little makeup Zoey did for her, long gone.

(Y/N) raised an eyebrow at him with a small smirk tugging at her lips," Well you don't look like sleeping beauty either"

Rythian only returned the smirk," You can't say anything about the beauty part because lets be honest here," He ran his fingers through his drenched hair with a small chuckle cascading off his lips as (Y/N) grimaced at the cold droplets from his hair, dripping onto her forearm," I am more beautiful than you"

She only playfully furrowed her eyebrows and slightly pouted her lips out at him in an attempt to look angry but the results to Rythian made her look somewhat cute. At Rythain's unimpressed expression, she let out a quiet chuckle.

" Want a bet?"

"Bring it buster"

At that Rythian practically threw himself at her which caused her to fall onto her back with him towering over her, both of them hysterically laughing over basically nothing. Both of them just sat there , laughing for no reason for a few seconds, until they both went completely quiet and just stared at each other. It wasn't a daunting silence but rather a nice one- almost too nice. The silence made them both mentally leave he world momentarily and only see each other, causing them both to slowly lean in closer to each other.

Right when their lips were about to connect, a loud knocking from the door echoed throughout the house repeatedly.

Bang, Bang, Bang.

When Rythian realised that whoever or whatever it was wasn't going to stop, he stood up with a grumble, quiet complaining about something to himself as he answered it.

upon opening the door, he was greeted by a small, ginger dwarf, with a blonde scientist limply hanging onto the dwarf over his shoulders. It was Simon and Duncan.

"We need you help Rythian," Simon said in a hurried manner. Rythian just rolled his eyes.

"After what your so-called boos almost id to me, I don't want to help" Rythian went to shut the door on their faces but was caught off guard what his former friend said afterwards.

"Yoglabs is no longer in operation"

With a sigh, Rythian went against what he originally attended to do but instead opened the door for the two and with ease , lifted Duncan off his shoulders, then carefully placing the unconscious man on the couch. All of the commotion that took place and the sudden appearance of (Y/N)'s previous bosses, caught her attention but she stayed by the fire. Rythian looked at Duncan carefully," What happened to him?"
