"Serin, hurry up!" Yoongi chuckled as he slipped his shoes on.

After forcing each other out of bed and taking turns to flip pancakes, they grew bored.

Yoongi kept complaining about how bored he was with nothing to do but stare at his empty stained mug on the coffee table.

He held the door open as she practically ran out, with a sneaker in each hand. "Stop pressuring me, Yoongi--Wait," She dropped the sneakers onto the floor, "I forgot my phone!"

He chuckled inwardly, watching her rummage through the layers of blankets on the couch. "Got it!" She held up her phone before dashing out the door.

"Alright, finally, you're done." Yoongi joked as he shoved his keys into his jean pocket. "I was about to fall sleep while standing."

"H-Hey! That's such an exaggeration." She crossed her arms in front of her chest. "If you didn't take forever in the bathroom-"

A small smile made its way onto Yoongi's lips, suddenly lacing his fingers between hers and gently tugging her closer to him.

"I'm kidding." He pressed a small kiss onto her temple.

Warmth exploded across her cheeks like a wildfire as she turned away from him, "S-Sure," She mumbles.

His lips crack into a small grin as he hails for an incoming cab.

"Wanna tell me what you were doing in Japan?" Serin asked as she pulled open the cab door and hopped in.

Yoongi let out a chuckle as he followed after her. "If I tell you, then I'd lose my big bad boy image."

"Please, since when were you a bad boy?"

"Since nineteen ninety three." He nonchalantly shrugged. "I'm Min Yoongi. I'm the definition of bad boy."

She shook her head and let it go, not in the mood to banter much longer.

"You look sleepy." He poked her cheek. "Didn't we just wake up?"

"I'm always sleepy, Min Yoongi." She swatted his hand away and leaned her head against the window.

Yoongi clicked his tongue and cupped her cheek, "Didn't your mother tell you that it's bad to lean against a car door?"

He shifted her head to the other side and onto his shoulder. "What if you tumble out onto the road?"

She bit onto her tongue, sucking in a bit of air as she stopped breathing. The clench in her chest made it almost impossible to breathe.

It's been a while. She thought to herself.

"Stop being such a dad." She forced out a chuckle and scooted closer to him. "It's weird."

"It's because I care for you." He said in a singsong voice, resting his hand on her knee.

"So, tell me why you were at Japan?"

"Uh, you see, I kind of missed you." He rolled his eyes, squinting his eyes a little, hoping it wasn't obvious that he was trying to see her reaction.

Satisfied with himself when she blushed once again, he continued, "And I may have thought that you were going to stay there for good."
