The next day at school I couldn't help but be suspicious about Kamer. I walked up to her after school and told her that I heard her on the phone.

"Oh, yeah about that. I will have to fill you in about that, may I come to your house?" She smiled as I looked in her eyes, seeing a glint of midnight blue color in her green eyes.

"Sure, my parents have been bugging me about making new friends anyway," I smiled back.

We walked to my house, then I tried to sneak up stairs, but unfortunately for us Mom was at the couch, watching me.

"Cassidy! You brought home a friend!" She walked towards Kamer. "I'm Julia, but call me Mrs. F," she shook Kamer's hand.

"I'm Kamerblynn," she smiled at my mom.

"So what brings you to the humble house of the Flamewoods?" My mom asked.

"It's time she knows about that,"

My moms expression went from happy to serious. She looked at me, then at Kamer.

"Very well," then my mom let us go.

In my room I layed down on my bed, and Kamer stood there, like on high alert or something.

"So, what's up?" I asked.

"Fine, I guess I have to explain everything," she looked at me, "Cass, can I call you Cass? Well, anyway. You are the fire element princess. Of the fire kingdom,"

I looked at her like it was a joke.

"Look, it isn't a joke. I'm the water princess, the heir to the water kingdom's throne! There are others, other heirs! You are the heir to the fire kingdom. Your dad, you moved here because he knew that Utah is home of all the portals to the kingdoms. There are Air, Earth, Fire, and Water,"

"But what about ice?"

"Ice was destroyed by an evil substance many years ago, there are only four now," She came over and sat down next to me.

"Why Utah? I mean, there are way cooler places,"

"Utah, Utah because no one lives here, it's a deserted place, sort of. Come on, I will show you," then she dragged me out of the room.
