We got my schedule and headed to my first class, which supposedly only the heirs to the thrones have.

"There is one named Everly, she is the heir to the earth throne, sort of quiet, sort of not. The other one is Quinn, she is the air heir. She and Everly get along like this," she crossed her middle and index finger, "even for being opposites, it weird."

We entered the classroom.

"I must warn you, Quinn is a bit... Crazy," she said.

"I'm not crazy, if I am, just remember, crazy equal genius" a girl with a bubbly voice appeared behind Kamer. She had strawberry blonde hair and light green eyes with a twinkle in them. She had a periwinkle sweater shirt on and beige skinny jeans, matched with gray fuzzy boots, like Kamer's. She had white, wide rimmed glasses that sparkled when caught in light.

"Hey, Quinn," Kamer look at me with 'this lady is crazy save me!' eyes.

"Quinn, calm down," a girl with light brown straight hair and hazel eyes cam up and dragged away Quinn. She wore a long dress with brown and green in a pattern of swirls. She had on a head band with a green flower to the left.

"Hi, I'm Everly, most people call me Ever," she held out her hand, which I shook.

"Hi, I'm Quinn, I'm probably the awesomest person in this room!" The strawberry blonde popped up and shook my hand franticcly.

"Quinn, calm down, and awesomest isn't a word," Ever said.

"Yes it is!" Quinn protested.

"Fine, where did you learn it?" Ever crossed her arms.

"In the dic-Quinn-ary!" Quinn smiled.

"Get out!" Kamer said pointing at the door jokingly.

"It wasn't that bad!" Quinn said.

"Yes, yes it was!" Ever ushered Quinn to a desk.

Soon, the teacher walked in. She looked unite stern, with her greying blonde hair in a nest bun, and a green tube skirt with a white blouse and a beige cover-up.

"Oh, look! Cassidy Firewood is here! They finally told you, didn't they?" She looked at me expectedly.

"Um.. Yes, and it's Flamewood," I paused thinking, trying to remember the lady-like thing to do in this moment. "Ma'am," I added.

She stopped looking at me and smiled, but soon stopped and scowled and looked in a different direction.

"Quinn, what have I told you about chewing gum in my class!" She gave Quinn a death glare.

"But it's spearmint, and that's my fave!" She pouted, which had no effect on the teacher and she soon gave up and threw it away.

<after class>

Quinn, Everly, Kamer, and I walked down the hall, where we talked about how to be more proper since we need to.

When out of the no where Everly said, "No, you are not dying the ends of your hair blue,"

"What?" I asked.

"You don't even know that was what I was going to say, and why not?" Quinn exclaimed.

We talked more just ignoring the sudden outburst from the two.

"Guess who?" It was a males voice, I turned to see a boy with gray wide rimmed glasses and a white shirt and grey zip up jacket, and jeans, covering Quinn's eyes.

"Carter!" Quinn exclaimed, pulling the hands blocking her vision off of her eyes.

"Which one?" Another voice said, it was another boy. He had freckles. He had on a similar white shirt to Carter and jeans, but no jacket.

"The one that just talked is Carter C. but the one before is Carter M." Quinn said.

"Correct, on to history!" Both Carters grabbed Quinn's wrists and dragged her towards another room.

"They go to a different class than us, those three are all so weird they get along like three peas in a pod. Luckily, they came before Quinn started babbling about us being the Fantastic Four, or the Four Musketeers, which don't even exist," Everly explained.

"Ok, so now I understand why Kamer called her odd," I thought.

"Yeah," Kamer said.

"Did I say that out loud?"

"Yeah."

-after school-

I walked out the building with Everly and Kamer. Except for the first class and lunch, we haven't seen Quinn all day.

"Where's Quinn?" I asked.

"Um.. Most likely with the Carters," Everly replied.

That's right, the Carters. They seem to get along quite well, it's odd.

"Why do they get along so well?"

"Because they're weird, she's weirder," is all Everly said.

We heard a shrill scream from across the campus.

"Carter! Put me down!"

"There she is, so, see you guys tomorrow?" Everly started walking towards Quinn's voice.

"Yeah! Bye, Ever!" Kamer smiled.

Everly started to walk away, when Quin arrived and pulled her in the other direction, towards the air gate.

She turned to us. "Want to come over to my house? We have a test coming up, so I was thinking we could not study together!" She grinned.

"Um... Sure," I shrugged.

We started following Quinn to a white car that would lead us to her kingdom.
