Chapter 17:Betrayal

ZD's POV

Everyone is busy today cause today is the musical play.

"Ok guys get ready!We'll start in 10 minutes." Sigaw ni Aemie

They decided na si Shan ang gawing leading lady dahil sya ang pinakamagaling na babae sa mga nag audition.Si Jacob naman,captain ng basketball team,ang leading man.

"Let's go ZD and Lex." Yaya samin ni Ash,she hold my arm.I look at it with disgust.I mentally roll my eyes.

"Here sa unahan." Umupo kami don sa sinabi samin ni Lex.Pinagigitnaan nila ko.

"ZD punta kami sa inyo later." I roll my eyes.

"No." I flatly said.

"Why?Lagi na lang.May tinatago ka ba samin?" I laugh with that,yung tawa na dapat kabahan ka.'Cause Zyraine Drashia Mathson NEVER burst out of laugh.I look at Lex and she's pale.

"Am I the one keeping a secret here?" They both turn pale.I just smirk at them and turn my attention on the stage.

"I may say nothing but I know everything." I heard their heart beats and their gasps.Tsk,I loathe them.

Flashback

"Dray after we go,we want you to stay away to Ash and Lex." I crease my forehead when I heard dad.

"But why?" Naguguluhang tanong ko.

"You're not stupid Dray,alam naming may nararamdaman kang mali." Mom said in her serious tone.

"They're planning to kill you."

WHAT THE?!They're planning to kill me?

"Are you serious kuya?" I ask him.

"I am." Nakaramdam ako ng sobrang galit.I treat them as my sisters and this?This is what I get?!Nice!

Flashback ends

They're feeling tense so I held their hands and squeeze it.I smiled at them sweetly.

"Don't be scared.Wala pa nga akong ginagawa eh." I hold their hands tighter until my nails dig into their skins,they flinch so I let go.

I focused in the play while they are still nervous.

"Let's go." Hinatak ko sila sa parking lot ng matapos ang play.

"Mind if you tell me something?" I coldly said.Si Lex sobrang kabado na si Ash naman nagtatapang tapangan pa.
