Ben's Pov:
"It's David and Goliath, do or die, the fight is on and I cant watch what happens!" I watch as Andie sings her solo. She's amazing. I find myself saying that a lot. For instance,
[ "How was your date with Andie?"
"It was great, she's amazing." ]
[ When we kissed the only thing I could think was, She's amazing ]
She finished up the song and I just thought, She's amazing.
I nearly miss my cue because it's all I can do not to run up and kiss her, which would be really weird because...I don't know, it just would be.
The rest of the show goes by, until Something to Believe In. I never like to watch this part, because Andrea is such an amazing actress, she really makes it look like she's in love with Joey. And me, having a giant crush on her, is a little hurt, even though we're not boyfriend and girlfriend or anything.
"Do you know what I believe in? Look into my eyes and see!" She and Joey sing as I'm stretching. I try not to watch, because now I know that they're kissing. I kissed her... And it was amazing, she's amazing. They finish singing and the tower is moved offstage.
After the show is over, we all run/somehow get off of the stage. Andrea is dancing around backstage, as she always does after a show, and I try to walk back over to my water bottle, but before I can grab it, Andie's fist flies into my face.
"Ah, fuck!" I say as I put my palm over my eye.
"Oh, my God, are you okay?" Andie says, putting her hand over her mouth, trying not to laugh.
"Yeah, I'm fine. How bad is it?" I ask, moving my hand away.
"It's too dark back here, come with me." She said, leading me into the hallway where it's brighter. "Ew, it's all nasty and purple!"
"Is it really that bad?" I ask.
"It's not terrible, but it's gross." Andie says. "I think I have an ice pack in my dressing room that will keep it from swelling. Come on."
We walk back to her dressing room and she opens a little cooler that has water bottles in it.
"I found it!" She said, holding up a band-aid shaped ice pack and handing it to me. I sit on her counter and swing my feet around, looking at everything in her dressing room. It's all decked out for Christmas, she even has a tree, a small tree, but it's still a tree.
"This place is really cool." I comment.
"Thanks, it's going to be hard to take all of this down and put it back up in a different city. It took me like 3 years to put all of this up." She laughs.
"I'll help you put it all up when we leave Memphis." I offer. She starts saying something, but I interrupt her, "Under one condition, you have to buy me breakfast tomorrow."
"Deal." She smiles. "Now, go get dressed, the fansies are waiting on you!"
"They are going to think I got beat up." I laugh.
"Well, you kind of did." She smirks.
"Whatever."
ew, this is so short
