I know you all keep asking for this to be a story, but I honestly don't know what I would include in it aha so I'm going to stick to it being a four-part imagine. Anyway, I know you were all desperate for the final part to be posted so here you go! Enjoy :)

"We need to set up a patrol," I stated authoritatively. "They are going to want to attack us back and we need to protect what is rightfully ours."
I stood tall on a rock that overlooked the other wolves. This was the day after Lauren practically declared her hatred for me, giving me enough time to think about what I wanted. What I needed to do in order to be a good and fair leader. We couldn't have another Daniel incident, so I needed to be the leader they deserved.
"Jessie, you take four wolves and secure the perimeter from night fall to early morning," I looked to her and she nodded immediately. "Take more if you need to and make sure that they do as you say. You're in charge of them and so they must listen to you when necessary."
"William," I looked to another wolf. The blonde-haired boy looked up to me and waited for me to continue, ready to oblige to anything. "You do the same, but your shift is from early morning to midday." He nodded and I cleared my throat, looking to everyone now.
"I, along with others who I will name in a second, will guard the perimeter now until nightfall," I announced. I looked to the five nearest people and pointed to them. "You guys follow me now. Everyone else go home, but stay wary of the vampires. I don't know what they are planning, but it can't be good."
Everyone nodded, knowing what they needed to do, and began to disperse. Aside from the five I chose. I jumped off the rock and landed on my feet, before standing up and dusting myself off subconsciously.
"Follow me," I said with a monotone voice.
I walked ahead and deeper into the forest, pushing past any bushes and plants that got in my way. Stopping by the familiar lake that Lauren and I used to meet at, I released a deep breath that burned my throat. Memories flashed through my mind of the past nine years that Lauren and I spent here. Not anymore, though.
"Starting from here and going towards town, I want you to spread out and stay on guard," I explained, trying to dismiss my feelings. I couldn't let Lauren get to me. She hated me, so I had to hate her, too. "I will be here if you need me. Howl if you need assistance, otherwise I'm expecting you to handle it yourself."
"But what if-"
I raised my hand to stop one of them from speaking. "No buts. I'm expecting you to handle it," I said harshly, but I didn't care about how harsh I sounded.
"Okay," she nodded glumly. "We'll see you at nightfall."
I nodded and they all changed into their wolf form, racing off to their assigned posts. I stayed where I was and moved forward to sit on the very same rock that I used to sit on to wait for Lauren. I watched the stream ripple downwards and noticed the way the sunlight twinkled against it, allowing the fishes to be visible underneath the crystal water. Usually I would feel at peace being here, but not anymore. If anything, I hated it
After staying in the same position for about an hour, with no movement or any sign of someone else being here, I heard the crunch of leaves from behind me. Like someone was stepping on them. Immediately, I turned around, only to be leaped on and pushed to the ground. My instincts kicked in as I tried to push the person off me, but they were stronger than me.
"Nice to see you again, Y/N," their deep voice snarled as they pinned my hands to the ground and put all their weight on my body. I knew that voice anywhere...
