You Mean Something To Me

A Reminder

Colleen POV:
It is officially Christmas day. I am excited to see what Rachel's reactions are to my gifts and I am excited to see what she got me. Then tonight at 11pm I have a flight to Georgia. I wanted to go and see him as soon as possible. It has actually be a while because we have both been so distant and the last time we talked in person was from our little fight.

Rachel came in with some coffee that she made for us. I turned on the Pentatonix Christmas album because it is my favorite.
"I told you it would be a great Christmas. I mean I'm alway's right." She said laughing. I hit her arm. 
"I just want to open presents!!" I said. She smiled.
"Alright, we will take turns, you open a present and then I do then you." She said. I nodded and grabbed the first present. We each got each other 5 presents because we always got a little to big of things. The first thing I got from her was a sweat with about 10 billion cats on it. I loved it, it was a great present for me. I got her tickets to the lakers game but told her that I wouldn't go with her because I would just be confused the whole time. Next she got me a picture frame of me and her from when we went shopping for Christmas trees. It was such a cute picture of us, my favorite picture of us actually. I got her this snapback the colors of the lakers (she loves the lakers). We continued to open gifts. I have the best sister in the world. Then I had the last present. Joshua's. It was a huge back. The first thing I pulled out was this bracelet. It had Look at the good in bad situation. I loved it so much. I know that I could always look at this in bracelet if I was having a hard time.
"Oh my god goals!!!" Rachel said sarcastically.
"Shut up this is adorable!" I said staring at the bracelet. I got the next thing out of the bag. It was tickets to the weepies. My favorite band. There were three tickets in there.
"RACHEL THERE IS THREE TICKETS!! YOU GET TO COME!!" I said. She hugged me.
"Okay he is goals." Rachel said laughing.
"I know." I said flipping my hair. He got me a cookie jar that said "Colleen ate the cookie from the cookie jar." Lastly got me this super fuzzy blanket. It was so cozy. There was a card at the bottom of the bag. I opened up the envelope and read the letter. It read: Sorry I suck at giving gifts but I hope this is good! Love you!! I thought it was the best gift ever though. I am beyond grateful for him

It was time for my flight. Rachel dropped me off at the airport. I don't want to leave Rachel on Christmas but I really wanted to see Joshua. I got through security and went to the boarding times just to make sure that it was still on time. I got to the sign and saw that my flight was delayed for 3 hours. I was so sad. I got to my gate and called Joshua. He was really sad too but said we would be together soon. I just missed him so much. A few tears slipped out of my eyes but looked down at my bracelet. Just have to think of the good things.
