Joshua's POV:
I felt so bad that Colleen was crying alone on a 6 hour flight. I we do mean to her that day when we had our fight. We haven't really talked or hung out for such a long tim. It's been almost 2 or 3 weeks. I miss her so much. It was 5 am and Colleen just texted me that her flight landed. I didn't even care that it was 5 am. I went to baggage claim because that were she told me to meet her. I waited for a while until I saw her. She looked up and smiled hugely and mouthed 'I'm not running.' I laughed to my self and walked faster closer to her. We eventually got to each and I grabbed her tight in my embrace. She quickly jumped out though because she saw her bag. I got it for her and hugged her again.
"I miss you baby. I'm so sorry." I said. She pulled away from the hug and kissed me. I missed the feeling of her smooth soft lips on mine. I kissed her again and she grabbed my hands.
"Stop apologizing babe. All couples have fights." She said. I looked down at her wrist and she had my bracelet on.
"You got my present! Do you like it?" I asked.
"I love it more than anything else I own." She said getting tears in her eyes. I hugged her again. We walked out to my car as she shivered. She wasn't used to the cold. I gave her my jacket. I had a thin shirt on but I didn't care. I got in the car and she was jittery, she seemed nervous.
"You okay babe?" I asked rubbing her thigh.
"What if your family and parents don't like me? Do they know I'm a depressed freak?" She asked.
"Stop calling yourself that. Your not a a freak and your depression is better than ever. They will love you Colleen my family is very sweet. My family doesn't know about your depression but they aren't going to look at you ant differently." I said. She smiled and kissed my hand.
"Who's gonna be there?" She asked.
"My brother and his wife, my sister Erin, and my parents. My parents will probably be the only ones up." I said. She nodded.
"Calm down your perfect they'll love you Colleen." I said. She nodded and closed her eyes. She is stressing over nothing.

We arrive at my parents house and I got her bags out of the car. We walked in and my parents smiled.
"Hi!" My mom said.
"Hi I'm Colleen as you probably know!" Colleen said shaking my parents hand.
"Oh we know! Joshua won't stop talking about you, good things of course." My dad said hitting my arms. I blushed in embarrassment as Colleen awed at me.
"Listen make yourself at home. I'm sure your tired because of the long flight we have breakfast though if you want to eat." My mom said.
"Thank you but I think I might sleep first." She said.
"Of course!" She said. She hugged me.
"You are gorgeous." She said. I could see she truly meant it. I smiled. I think I smiled a little to big.
"Thank you." I said looking down.
"Okay Joshua go bring her to your room." My dad said. I smiled and grabbed Colleen's bags as she followed me up. We got to my room which is ours for now. She hugged me tight.
"I told you they were nice." I said. She nodded and kissed me.
"I love them already." She said. That made me so happy. I have always wanted my girl to be on good terms with my mother and she was. She got under the covers and I snuggled up next to her. I laid with her until she fell asleep. I got out of bed and went downstairs.
"I have barley talked to her but she seems great." My dad said.
"She is. Listen she is a little insecure about her self. She is scared that you guys will think differently because of that. I don't want you to baby her and all just know that she is going to be a little shy." I said.
"We know what you mean." My mom said.
"She is a really sweet girl and I know y'all will love her." I said. My parents hugged me. I went up the stairs and Colleen was still fast asleep. I cuddled into her.
"Thank you." She said turning toward me.
"For?" I asked.
"Letting me into your family and letting me come into your family traditions just because I don't have a good one." She said. I kissed her.
"You are always welcome." I said. She missed my nose and snuggled into me.
