Hayden P.O.V--Going to see my mate

Hayden P.O.V

M: I gotta go

H: WAIT, MORIAH

The phone went dead and I threw it against the wall, making it clutter to pieces, sending the whole entire wall to the floor. It was a good thing it was not my cell phone and that I didn’t like it either.

Aden: what she say?

H: she wants me to go over there

Seth: whoa, that’s like a week trip on foot

I glared at him and he ran out

Jake: so why don’t you?

H: it’s not simple Jake, you know that

Blake: he has a point, there’ still more vampires out there. There probably trying to figure out a plan to attack

Aden: but I think letting Hayden go won’t be a problem

H: I can’t just go alone Aden, you heard Blake. The vampires are out to get me, I have to take reinforcement

Aden: fine, take me and Seth

H: you really want to see her, don’t you?

Seth: so DO I

Seth said in the living room. We all laughed but I then stopped, getting back to the real problem.

H: but still, I need my best friends here to guard. I can’t go

Jake: for the love of love, Hayden goes with Aden and Seth. Blake, Brad, I, and your dad can handle the pack. Besides dude, she’s your mate and I don’t want you mopping around here anymore. It’s pathetic

He said with a smile on his face

Blake: yea dude, I don’t want to hear “MORIAH I LOVE YOU, I WILL FOUND YOU SO WE CAN BE TOGETHER AGAIN”

Everybody started laughing, except me. I rolled my eyes and exited the kitchen, going to find my dad. Apparently he was in his house, in his office

H: dad, can I talk to you

Dad: sure son, sit down

I sat down on his red comfy chair and signed

H: if mom had to move when you guys we’re young, to a different state, and you guys we’re mates, would you go and see her?

My dad looked at me like I asked the most stupid question ever

Dad: hell ya I would, I mean no wolf could live without a mate and once you mark her, it’s hard to not see her

H: but what about the pack, dad? I can’t just leave it when vampires are trying to attack

He smiled and got up, patting my shoulder

Dad: if it makes you feel better, Jake and I will take over. I’ll also call Alpha Steve to come visit with his pack

I smile and hugged my dad

H: I know I don’t get to say this often but thanks dad

Dad: yea, whatever, moriah really has you whipped

I frowned but ignored it, too excited to finally get to see my love

I ran to my bedroom, grabbing the duffle bag and started piling cloths after cloths into it

Aden: SETH, GET PACKING. WE’RE LEAVING SOON

Aden had come in to see me packing. He was already packed somehow; he said he “knew it”

We we’re all pack and the cars we’re gas up. We had to take them since we we’re going with suitcases. We said our goodbyes

Blake: tell moriah I said hi

Jake: give moriah a big hug for me

We all nodded and we started hitting the road

H: kitten, here we come
