My P.O.V

It’s been a full week since I was chained and when Hayden died. My heart aches if I think of him and I cry myself to sleep every night.

I was now in my room, lying down, until the door opened. Out popped Aaron and I groaned. He always bothers me but I push him away. I was trying to come up with a plan, to get out of here, but nothing ever comes up. The bed dip and I sat up to see Aaron looking at the floor.

Aar: you know, last week, during the fight

He paused as he looked at the wall

Aar: I thought you weren’t going to move from your spot, protecting…Hayden. Your dad was pointing a gun at you

M: so what, I’ll do anything for Hayden. That’s what mates are supposed to do

He winced as he got up, getting closer to me

Aar: I know how to get you out of here and Hayden to

I frowned as he took out a key and I gasped

M: you had the key, the whole entire time

I hissed whispered as he shrugged

Aar: uh yea, anyway, the only way for you to actually walk out of here with nobody suspicious if you tell where the pack is

I frowned at him and spit in his face. He groaned and whipped it off

M: hell no, I’m not going to give away my pack’s position. You’re probably working for my dad; who send you here to sweet talk me out of it

He rolled his eyes and un-cuffed me. My skin was peeled off from the cuffs and there was dried blood. He gave me a glass of water and I grabbed it, drinking it all. I put it down and stood up

Aar: if I was really working for your dad, wouldn’t have got you out of those cuffs

He looked at the door

Aar: look, you’re going to have to follow my lead

M: why should I?

He glared at me

Aar: because 1: I know where your boyfriend is, 2: you won’t make it out of here because of me, and 3: just because I’m an ass to you doesn’t mean I don’t care about you

I rolled my eyes but he did have a point

M: fine, but how am I going to get Hayden out if he’s dead

Aaron smirked and I frowned at him

M: what are you hiding from me, Aaron?

Aar: if you trust me and don’t mess this up, I’ll tell you. But you won’t be able to get out today

He opened the door and checked both ways

M: why not?

I whispered as he grabbed my hands and ran me across the hall, opened the door to his room. Yea his room, I finally realized that his parents we’re out of town all this time I was staying here. He closed the door and locked it

Aar: because your father is going to ask you where’s the pack located

I shrugged and hop on the bed
