Chapter 13: Sudden War; Hellish Training

The following day...

"Orochimaru is planning a war against Akatsuki." Pein stated. "WHAT?!" All of them shouted, well, except for the 'cool' guys.

"Woah woah woah! F**king wait you sh**ty leader! Why so sudden?!" Hidan asked, freaking out. "It seems like Orochimaru is out for revenge against Sasuke and the Akatsuki." Konan said.

"According to Zetsu's information, Orochimaru is planning on deploying thousands of his underling." Pein said. "Thousands vs. eleven doesn't sound so appetizing." Zetsu said. "So what do you suppose we do, leader-sama?" Kisame asked.

"It's either one, we fight them head on or two, we form alliances." Pein said monotonously. "With Konoha?" Tobi asked jumping on his seat. "Like hell we will, un!" Deidara said, hitting Tobi over the head. "F**king Suna then?" Hidan asked, earning himself a hit over the head from Kakuzu. "Don't suggest some of your stupidity, idiot." Kakuzu said. "(Hn,) that's not actually a bad idea." Itachi and Sakura said at the same time.

"If we're speaking about both quality and quantity, then why not form an alliance with Konoha and Suna?" Sakura asked. "How though?" Sasori asked. "Hn." Itachi said. "We just have to make them an offer they can't decline." Sakura said.

"Like not capturing the kyubi for the time being?" Kisame asked, making Sakura nod. "There's one catch though." Konan said. "Why would they accept if they have nothing to do with it in the first place?" Konan said.

"But it is their business too." Sakura said, earning herself some glances. "Hn. Remember that Sasuke is part of Orochimaru's plan too?" Itachi said, monotonously.

Pein thought about it and said "Alright we will set out the alliance in a few months. You are dismissed." Pein said. "Hai!" Everyone shouted.

In the living room...

"Sakura. It's my turn to train you." Itachi said as he entered the living room. Only to see Sakura on top of Hidan with the remote control at hand. "Ehh? Just when I finally got the remote." Sakura said, twitching as she got off of Hidan.

"We start in an hour." Itachi said. "I'll just get my weapons." Sakura said. "Hn. You don't need a weapon in my training." Itachi said. "Why?" Sakura asked. "We're working on your speed, strength, agility and adaptation without using chakra." Itachi said.

"Oh? Itachi is your sensei today?" Kisame said entering the room. "Hope you survive that b**ch." Hidan said, grinning. "Have more faith in me." Sakura said, twitching.

"Hn. Come on." Itachi said monotonously as he made his way towards the training grounds with Sakura following close behind. Sakura looked around and saw weights of different kinds.

"Get two 25 pound weights and two 30 pound weights." Itachi instructed. Sakura did as she was told. Itachi attached the 25 pounds on Sakura's each wrist and the 30 pounds on each ankles.

"Do not use chakra. I'll double the weights if you do." Itachi said monotonously as he saw Sakura twitch at the heaviness of the weights. "Increase the weights once you can run 15 laps around the training grounds without breaking a sweat." 'Cha! That f**king weasel! That's impossible!' Inner shouted.

"Hn. Dodge my attacks as fast as you can." With this Itachi sent Sakura a punch. "Waah! Wait! I WASN'T READYY!!" Sakura shouted as she barely dodged the attack. "Hn. No patience must be begged for in a battle." Itachi said, sending Sakura a kick.

Sakura cringed as Itachi hit Sakura on her side. "Think of the weights as part of you." Itachi said monotonously. "Yeah but, how the hell do I do that?!" Sakura asked, barely blocking the punch. "Hn. Find that out yourself." Itachi said, sending Sakura a few meters back.

"Yeah, well wish me luck on that." Sakura said, ducking as Itachi sent her a kick. She groaned as she hit a tree. "Hn. Do not heal yourself with chakra. It'll increase your durability." Itachi said, making Sakura twitch.

Itachi ran towards Sakura with his fist. "I'll get revenge on you someday, you meanie." Sakura said, dodging the attack. Itachi smirked at this as they continued their training.

A few hours later...

Sakura fell on the ground panting. "Hn. You're not allowed to take off the weights." Itachi added. "Dismissed." He said, walking away.

A few minutes later, Zetsu emerged on the ground only to see Sakura lying down. He walked towards her only to hear snore. "She's asleep." He said to himself.

Tobi entered the training fields with Deidara. "Waah!! Blossom-chan!!" Tobi shouted as he saw Sakura on the ground, making Deidara look at where Tobi is looking at.

"O-oi, Sakura, un!" Deidara shouted, running towards her with Tobi hot on his trails. "Shut up. She's asleep." Zetsu said as he gently picked Sakura up. "I'll take her to her room." Zetsu said, sinking on the ground.

"It must be Itachi-senpai that trained her!" Tobi said, truning to where Deidara was supposed to be. "A re? Deidara-senpai?" Tobi looked around, teary eyed.
