I sit on my bed with my legs pulled up to my chest, my arms wrapping around them, and my chin resting on my knees.

After we had finally pulled away, we just stood there beaming at each other stupidly. Then someone called him downstairs and he backed out, never taking his eyes off me and his smile never faltering. My lips still tingle from his soft touch. What now? My stomachs churns from nervousness. I stand up and open the window to let some fresh air in, hoping it will help clear my mind and rid me of this queazy feeling.

I shouldn't have done that... I have a boyfriend... I sit down in front of my vanity, staring at myself in the mirror. A scared, confused girl stares back at me, her shining hazel eyes slightly watering. I pull my dirty blonde hair out of my face, never braking eye contact with my image in the mirror.

"Why did you do that?!?" I hear a voice echo from outside. I push off my chair and jog over to my window, curiously peering down to see what's going on. Michael, Calum, Ashton, and Luke all stand outside. "What were you thinking?" Ashton asks, his voice deep and demanding. Michael stares at him, clearly shocked at his tone. "I- I don't know. It just kinda... Happened."

"You DO realize she has a boyfriend right mate?" Calum says in a calm tone. "Yeah... But-" "No buts! Michael, she's perfectly happy with Harry. There's no need to ruin their relationship." Ashton tries to prove his point. He pauses, then looks up, sensing my presence. I quickly duck in order to avoid being seen. "I know you really like her mate, but you have to let her go." Ashton continues sorrowfully.

I think I hear all the boys walk inside, but a couple of seconds later, I hear Michael speak. "Love. I love her." He sighs, then walks away from the house, heading towards the forest.

I run downstairs as fast as I can. "Haaarrryyy!" I shout. "Gaaaaabbbbyyy!" I hear him chuckle from outside. I jog out the back door just in time to see Harry pushing himself out of the swimming pool. His strong muscles push himself up, and his abs sparkle from the water. Usually this sight causes me to melt, but this time is not the same. "I need to ask you something." I say. "Yeah? What's that?" He asks, ruffling his hair.

"Do you... Do you love me?" I ask. Harry seems to pause, thinking about the question. "Umm... Yeah. I do." He says with a smile. "Thanks." I say, flashing him a smile. I then run back into the house, leaving Harry standing there with a confused look on his face. "Where are you going?" Louis asks me. "Umm... Nowhere... Just outside..."

"Oookayyy?" I beam and run out the door, not even bothering to put on shoes. I can just barely see Michael in the distance. "Michael!" I yell, jogging after him. He glances back at me, but keeps walking. "Michael!" I yell again. He continues walking. I jog after him until I reach his side. "Mikey?" I ask quietly. He turns to face me and I see him quickly wipe away a tear. "What?" He asks in a quavery annoyed voice.

"I-". I don't know what to say to comfort him. My hand raises to his face, brushing away a tear that escaped, and he looks down at the ground, as if ashamed to be seen crying. "Mikey... Talk to me..."

Michael grabs my waist and pulls me over to the nearest tree, pushing me lightly against its rough surface. My head turns to the side, avoiding his gaze. He leans in closer, his hot breath warming my face. I squeeze my eyes shut, not really sure what to think.

"What do you want to know?" He says, his voice straining, almost as if he's angry and hurt at the same time. I finally muster enough courage to look him in the eyes. "Do you love me?" I ask forcefully. "Yes." He says, no hesitation in his voice. I know that he means what he says.

"That's all I needed to know." I say, flashing my pearly white teeth. I grab a handful of his shirt in my fist and pull him towards me. Our lips meet and he doesn't move, shocked about my sudden movements. After a couple of seconds, he gives in to the kiss, letting our lips move in sync. "Gabby?" I hear Harry call from the distance.

We break apart and glance behind the tree, spotting Harry walking towards us. Michael starts to walk out, but I grab his hand and pull him in the other direction. He looks at me confused, but I put my finger to my lips, telling him to be quiet. I pull him farther and farther away, finally sprinting with him next to me. "Where our we going?" He asks. "Away." I reply breathlessly.

We continue running until we arrive at the huge field I was looking for. "Come on." I say, taking his hand and leading him into the middle of the field. I collapse in the tall grass, pulling Michael down beside me. "They'll never find us here." I say with a smile. The grass is tall, hiding us when we lay down. All is quiet for a minute, then Michael speaks up. "You stole a kiss from me."

"I guess you'll have to steal one back to make it even." I say playfully. He considers this, then slightly frowns. "What about Harry?" He asks. "He doesn't love me the way you do." I say simply. "And what about you?" He asks. I roll over onto his chest , my chin resting on the center of his rib cage. "I love YOU." I whisper. He smiles, his eyes softening and staring into mine.

"Now..." I say, twirling a piece of grass in-between my fingers. "About that kiss..." Michael beams at me and takes my chin, leading my lips to his. Our mouths lock and I shift my body closer to his. I push myself up, then set myself back down, straddling Michael. My arms snake up and my fingers lock in his black hair. I giggle against his lips and feel them curl into a smile.

"Gabby!" I pull away when I hear Louis' voice. "We should probably go." Michael chuckles. He starts to sit up, but I gently push him back down. "Let them look for a while." I whisper. I stare at him, my hair curtaining around my face, only allowing my eyes to focus on him.

His eyes shine and his lips slowly part as he beams at me. The sun warms my back and the wind blows at my hair lightly. I slowly bring my lips back down to his, allowing his soft lips to mold with mine. This moment is perfect. It's one that I will never forget.
