DANCE LESSONS-HOSHI

Your best friend Hoshi was a great dancer. You were hoping that one day you could be a great dancer.

That's how you ended up at the Seventeen practice room.

You thought that you'd be able to get Hoshi to teach you how to dance. But, to your utter disappointment he wasn't even there.

You looked at your phone to see the time, 7:15; Hoshi was already fifteen minutes late.

"Oh well," you mumbled to yourself. You were heading to the practice room door, only to come face to face with Jun, followed by Minghao and Dino.

"(Y/N), "Dino asked surprised. "What are you doing here at this time?"

"Well, Hoshi was supposed to come and teach me how to dance but he hasn't even shown up," you said sounded slightly disappointed.

"That's alright, we can teach you how to dance until Hoshi arrives," said Jun smiling and leading you away from the exit.

You plugged your music into the speaker and slowly began to show them what you want to do in your dance.

"That's good but you can add something like this into it," Minghao said showing you the move. You nodded and continued while following Minghao's steps. Since you were so focused on your dancing you didn't even notice that Hoshi had arrived to the practice room.

Hoshi was your best friend and all but you had to admit that you did have feelings for him. That's part of the reason why you had asked him to give you dance lessons. You were looking to spend time with him and figure out if he felt the same way about you.

But the boys knew about Hoshi's feelings towards you and they had a plan to make him confess.

You began following the boys of the performance teams dance steps and trying your best to follow.

"No, not like that," like this Jun said placing his hands on your sides and guiding your body properly.

"Thanks," you said blushing.

That's when Hoshi decided to join in. "Hey, (Y/N), sorry I'm late," he said giving you an apologetic look.

"Oh, it's okay. The boys offered to help give me dance lessons, "you said gesturing towards Jun, Minghao, and Dino.

"Oh, they did," he said sounding slightly upset. Hoshi felt a small pang in his chest; he knew he should've just left what he was doing and came straight to you.

"Yeah we did," Jun said smiling at you. "And I think that she's a really good dancer," he added looking to see Hoshi's expression.

It definitely did change. He was jealous. He knew that it was time to confess before one of the other members made a move on you.

"(Y/N), can we talk for a second," Hoshi said motioning for you to come along with him.

"Anyways, we're going to leave now. So that you two can have some privacy," Minghao said moving towards the door with Jun and Dino.

"So that maybe someone can say something, that was supposed to be said a long time ago," Dino added as Jun dragged him out of the room. You saw Hoshi's face heat up at their teasing.

"What was that all about?" You asked him slightly laughing at the boys comments.

"Um, well..." Hoshi began while scratching the back of his neck. "Well I..." you could see that he was really having a hard time thinking of the words to say. Your funny best friend, who always found it so easy to talk to you, was struggling with his words. He was nervous.

"Hoshi, it's okay you can tell me," you said placing your hand on his shoulder hoping to help him get his words out.

"See, you do things like that and you start to make me feel this way," Hoshi began.

"What do you mean..." you said trying to get him to elaborate.

"(Y/N), I've had feelings for you for a really long time now. So long that I don't even remember when they started. I just really need to know if you feel the same way because, I really hope that I don't have one sided feelings." Hoshi kept his head down to prevent looking into your eyes.

"Hoshi, I do feel the exact same way. I've liked for the longest time. I'm glad that you confessed to me," you said lifting his chin and looking into his eyes.

"You feel the same way!" Hoshi said surprised as he picked you up and spun you around holding you tightly in his arms.

So with that he placed you down and leaned in to give you a slow, sweet kiss on the lips.

"I've been waiting to do that for so long," he said as you giggled and leaned back in to kiss him again.
