When You're Sick

A day has passed and today will be another mid-afternoon exercise that I have to attend to. 

From the past events (Let's say a few weeks back), I finally get a chance to attend the mid-afternoon exercises that Hanji was taken in charge of - since Erwin wasn't here since mid-afternoon exercise schedule changes randomly every month or frequently which only depends on the Commander himself.

 Anyway, I finally arrived at the outside HQ and I got my ODM gear ready on my hips. 

'Here we go, my time to shine in an mid-afternoon exercise', I thought as I ran towards the crowd full of cadets and higher ups. 

When I arrived, I saw Eren and Armin from a distance which made me called them in a high yet cheery voice. 

They noticed me and ran towards me. 

"(Y/N)! Man, it's really good to see you again. I wonder where you've gone to earlier. To be honest, we were waiting", Eren said and both of us high fived while Armin gave me a quick hug before Levi might notice. 

I smiled and replied, "H-Hehe, oh that. Well, I've been thinking over my head that I might not be able to participate on the exercise today so I got a bit well, confused". 

They nodded and just when Armin was about to say something, we heard someone calling our attention, but not just me, Armin and Eren but the whole crowd that we are surrounded. 

I looked over and saw Erwin and Levi standing in front which automatically made us form right in front of them. 

We saluted and stood up straight saying, "Sir!". 

Commander Erwin nodded and said, "It's time to start your mid-afternoon exercise. Cadets from the left side, you will be taken charge by Corporal Levi while I take in charge of the right side. That's all, now proceed!". 

We saluted again and I totally don't want to smile for just a moment because luckily I'm in the left side with Eren and Armin. '

Today might be my lucky day, hehe~', I thought as the two sides began to part. 

When Eren looked at me though, he gave me one of his playful smiles and patted my head. 

"You look happy, (Y/N). It's because of Corporal, isn't it?", said Eren as I blushed while giggling to myself. 

"Well, duh, of course. Hehe-achoo!!", I said but sneezed which was something I didn't expect.

 Eren gasped so did Armin when he walked towards me with a concern. 

"Woah. Are you alright, (Y/N)?", asked Armin as he checked on me carefully. 

I nodded and smiled reassuringly saying, "Of course! I can-A-a-achoo!!". 

I sniffed and Armin got even more concern about me. 

*TIME SKIP*

Our mid-afternoon exercise ended finally and what's bothering me right now is why I kept on sneezing and coughing. 

Eren and the rest of my friends were watching me carefully for some reason and looked super worried. 

"You sure you're alright, (Y/N)? You don't look so good", said Krista as she patted my back. 

I gave her a smile and showed her my happy expression just to make sure she'll see that I'm alright.

"Y-Yeah, I mean what could possibly go wrong, hehe-", I said but eventually my head started spinning and my eyes began to close.
