When He's Being Clingy

"Hey, (Y/N). Can you pass me that egg beater over there?"

Upon hearing Krista's call, I nodded and gladly gave her the egg beater from the east side of the room while she was mixing.

"Yay, thanks a bunch, (Y/N). Man, I'm really glad we get to make a cake with Sasha this weekend. Who knew baking with friends would be so much enjoyable, hehe~", said Krista as she replaced the spoon with the egg beater so she could continue her mixing.

Today was a Saturday morning and Sasha invited me just to make a cake together with Krista, Ymir and Mikasa. It's kind of like girl's hangout at first for about a few minutes or seconds ago but that was when Connie and the rest of boys (Jean, Eren and Armin) showed up since they saw us getting to together and stuff so they decided to join in to which is okay of course.

"Eren. Let me carry that for you", I heard Mikasa talking to Eren when she started to lift one of the heavy boxes inside the kitchen.

"Eh? N-No, it's fine, Mikasa. I can handle this, jeez!!", replied Eren as he grabbed the heavy box too but Mikasa didn't let go of the box anyway while Armin is just laughing while preparing the rest of the ingredients.

I laughed at their moment and I saw Jean chasing Connie for some reason with butter on his hands but when I saw Jean's face, he's covered in flour. I almost laughed out loud but it didn't come out when Sasha opened the door with groceries on her hands.

"Sorry, I'm late! I should've bought groceries yesterday, aggh! What a struggle! I even got distracted from encountering delicious food a few moments ago!", said Sasha as she placed the groceries down and huffed from stress.

"Heh, you're always rambling about food, huh, Sasha? Anyhow, why don't you help us? I really can't wait to see the results of our baking skills and the cake itself!", said Ymir as she started to smile while helping Krista out.

"Yeah, yeah, I'm on it. But, do take note that I'm not the only one who's rambling here...", said Sasha as she gave one more glimpse at Ymir before we could continue baking the cake.

Mid-afternoon came and we're finally done making the cake. It was a disaster at first due to Connie and Jean's antics (in other words, the cake was ruined by their antics) around 9-10 pm but in the end, we were able to bake it properly without any mistakes at all.

"Phew, it's finally done. All we have to do now is taste it. I hope this will turn out to be a sweet cake...", said Krista as she examined the cake.

I wiped my sweat and felt relieved that we finally finished the cake which all thanks to teamwork.

"Oh, that reminds me. Aren't you gonna spend time with Levi, (Y/N)?", said Mikasa as she gave me a glass of water.

"Ehehe, about that. I heard he's going to be busy again", I answered while I watched Krista and Sasha cutting the cake together while Connie is hoping Sasha won't eat the big portions or better yet, the whole thing.

"I see but don't you get kind of, I don't know, lonely when he's not around with you", Eren replied instead just to butt in the conversation while Armin followed just listen too.

I sighed and looked out of the window thinking how Levi is doing. I can't believe he has work on a weekend but I guess I can't do anything about it because he's humanity's strongest and not only that, he's Erwin right hand.

"Oh, y-yeah, Eren. There are times I need him by my side, you know? Like, when I have problems, when I'm sick or when I'm in trouble", I answered properly but before Eren could answer, Armin told us that we have to get our share before Sasha goes nuts getting all the cake herself if ever.

Maybe before I leave Sasha's place, I think I should get a piece for Levi too. I hope he'll like our delicious masterpiece.

I bid everyone good-bye and started to walk back to the headquarters all by myself. While strolling, I checked the cake I was carrying for a split second and smiled on how tasty it looks. 

When I tasted the cake for the first time, it was just right and it's pretty sweet too. Levi's gonna love this when he sees it and maybe I even make tea for him for an additional.

I was about to speed up but I stopped when I'm being wrapped by two strong pair of arms that is already bring me closer to something or someone. I gasped and tried to let go but when I turned around to see who it is, it was Levi right in front of me and he's panting like he was chasing me or finding me this whole time.

A gasp escaped my lips and his grip was tighter when he started to kiss me sweetly before it could lead to a passionate kissing session. I automatically kissed back but I totally forgot where in broad daylight so I decided to let go slightly and said, "W-Wait...".

Levi stopped kissing me and I could see disappointment in his eyes which is something I don't see everyday from him. 

Crud, I just made things a bit awkward.

"U-Umm, I would love to kiss you right now, Levi. But, we're in a public place! Someone might, you know, see us...", I said as I looked at my surroundings for a moment but I was interrupted again by Levi's kisses.

"Tch. I'm sorry, it's just...", said Levi between the kisses, "I really miss you, (Y/N). I really do and I've been working on some damn paperwork all day in my office without your presence at all".

He caressed my cheek gently and I can hear him groan as we kissed passionately which made my face go red like a freakin' tomato or a beat.

We let go and stare into each other's eyes for a moment then he was about to kiss me again but I stopped when I put a finger on his lips. 

"Haha, I see but can we continue this at your office, please? Besides, I miss you too", I said gently and stroked his black raven hair.

He nodded and when I started to walk, I realized Levi's arms are still attached to me like he doesn't want to let me go ever.

"U-Umm, Levi. You're still hugging me from behind", I said.

"Hmm, yeah and I'm never letting you go, cadet", Levi asked.

'Figures...', I thought.

My eyes widened and I could feel my heart racing when he trailed kisses on the back of my neck lovingly while I said, "B-B-But...we're still here in this spot...".

He nuzzled against my neck and said, "(Y/N), may I have the permission to hold you like this while go back just for today? I really don't want to let you go and it doesn't matter to me if we're in the wide open like this, well, at least for now apparently".

Wait a minute. Is he clingy right now? Oooh, I never thought this day would ever come and it's like a dream come true seeing Levi's clingy side. Although, it's a bit a odd when I first realized despite he's a serious man who clicks his tongue with annoyance, fights for humanity with confidence and loves to clean all the time.

I facepalmed and kinda squealed from the inside though on how cute he is right now. But, I can't really say no to him when he's serious on what he's saying most of the time. 

"Heh, alright, heichou. I guess I can't say no to you, huh?", I said and gave him one of my smiles that he actually likes.

I could see victory in his eyes now when he smirked or playful smile and gave me one more kiss before we could actually head back to the headquarters while Levi is hugging me from behind.
