(Fun fact about this scenario: Originally, this was suppose to be part of the Christmas Special 2018 story but I decided to separate it and make it a New Year Special instead, haha～￣▽￣～ )

Its finally the last day of the year and Hanji - who happens to be our host from yesterday's annual Survey Corp party, will be hosting again.

"Woah, Hanji will be hosting our Year-End Party too?", Mikasa questioned.

Armin laughed awkwardly and said, "Yeah, she seems to enjoy being a host last Christmas so I guess she took the opportunity before anyone else did".

Mikasa sighed but chuckled.

"Man, its usually one of our friends who organized and hosted our Christmas and Year-End parties for a few years now. But I guess, Hanji really wanted to know what's like to organize festivities like this", I commented as we finished carrying all the stuff that we got from the market and placed it on the floor

If you are wondering what it is, well, it's another set of decorations for the mess hall and Hanji assigned us to help on the decorating the headquarters.

"But hey, at least her charisma brightens up the atmosphere right?", Eren said with a smile.

We nodded in agreement and got random decorations from the box to start the decorating session.

"By the way, have you seen Corporal?", Armin questioned me.

I shook my head as I placed lights on the mess hall doors.

"Nope, I haven't seen him since this morning as soon as I woke up", I replied with a sigh, "Maybe he went out to buy some more cleaning products".

Our conversations went on and on as we decorated the mess hall from top to bottom.

The other comrades who are also assigned came just in time with the other decorations.

"Here are the rest!", one male cadet wearing glasses called out (Fun fact about the Author: I have a thing for guys who wear glasses / male characters wearing glasses, hehe).

"Great, just put it here so we won't be disorganized", I said as they followed what I said.

I don't want Levi to see a disorganized or messy area when he comes around.

"Yeah, the last I wanna see is Levi lecturing us about cleanliness", one comrade commented and shivered, "Don't you get scared when he's mad or lecturing you, (Y/N)?".

I sighed and laughed awkwardly.

"Well, thats...I'm actually used to it a little by little", I replied, "He does that from certain times when I got injured for example but not ever so often when we are alone".

The comrade almost seemed surprised but he shrugged knowing that he knew I might say something like since I'm his wife.

"Wow, good for you-"

Speaking of the bad-ass, Levi entered the mess hall and saw us decorating.

"Oh, so all of you are in charge of decorating?", Levi questioned and placed his hand on his hip.
