Okay, you asked for it, here's part 2 of "When You Realize You're Pregnant Again"! Yep, I'm sure you guys are hyped for this and sorry for the cliffhanger on the last one *sweatdrop*. "Huh? Pregnant?!"
The twins were bewildered from my announcement and when I show them the stick, I smiled like a dork.
"Yes, I'm going to have a baby just like you guys and your father wanted", I said and rubbed my stomach.
Their eyes widened and later on, both of them gave me a big warm hug.
"Yay! Congratulations, mom! We are totally going to have younger sibling this time!", said Leon and placed his head over my shoulder.
"So that means, the baby's in here?", Isabelle questioned and started feeling my stomach.
I laughed and kissed her forehead while replying, "Yep, it's going to be here for 9 months and I'm still wondering what will be the gender. Oh well, let's just find out once your sibling is born".
Isabelle smiled brightly and said, "I can't wait-Oh! Wait, Leon! I have an idea. Why don't we surprise dad with mom's pregnancy?".
He looked over to his twin sister and nodded rapidly with agreement.
"Good idea! Forget the ideas we made, let's tell him the big news!", Leon said and both of them gave themselves a high five, "Right, mom? Dad will be happy to hear this, right?".
I smiled at them and held them close.
"Of course, of course he'll be happy", I said and rubbed their heads, "We just need to find a way how to tell but with the element of surprise".
As the twins grinned from ear to ear, I started making a plan for us to surprise Levi about pregnancy and I think this is going to be fun.
"But first things first..."
The twins looked at me as I spoke up.
"I need to pay a visit to the doctor"
TIME SKIP (Brought you by little Levis running around the headquarters and calls Erwin "Commander Eyebrows" XD)
"Alright, dinner time!"
I was able to arrive back from the doctor and good thing I didn't take long. The doctor said that I was indeed pregnant and gave me medicine as usual for my pregnancy.
Levi didn't seem to notice that I've left since he's really busy and this will be an opportunity to surprise him before hand.
All the cadets started running towards the mess hall to get their specific meals right away before their favorite meals run out of stock.
I was with the twins and the three of us were looking for Levi. It's a bit crowded though but I'm sure that I can get through and find him in no time at all.
"Ah!", said Isabelle as she was bumped by some cadets along the hallway, "All of them might be starving, mom".
"Agreed, I just hope our usual table isn't taken-Oh! Levi!"
