So to commemorate this, I present you a "1M Reads/Views Special" [which is stated in the title lol]. I know you guys are expecting me to post soon but um, unfortunately, I had a writer's block for a few days and I wasn't sure whether or not the idea that I come with was good or not. It was struggle in my case and I also thought that I would post two days after the last scenario that I made. So, I ended making this one instead since it's requested a long time ago. A week has passed since I found out that I was pregnant.

Everyone were looking forward to see how will my next child look like or if it's not just one child, would there be a possibility there might be two or three?

I'm not sure but for now, I'll wait for the time being and both of the twins wanted a girl for some reason.

Anyways, rainy season came by again and everywhere I go is filled with droplets of rain, overflowing drainage, and mud (Levi wouldn't like that at all).

I was on my way home to buy something in the pharmacy because apparently, I found out that my adorable Ackerman twins got sick yesterday.

I get the feeling they were playing outside in the rain without us even knowing or maybe the weather itself made them go that way like what happened to Connie and Jean.

Whatever the reason is, it's my job as a parent to take care of them until they get better and Levi seemed worried too so he'll do whatever he can to nurse them back to health.

A few moments had passed and I finally arrived back to the headquarters safely. I closed my umbrella and wiped my boots on the rug before quickly heading to the twins' bedroom.

When I arrived, I opened the door to see Levi already giving them their lunch which is warm chicken soup and two glasses of water.

"I'm back"

As I spoke, Levi and the twins turned around as they saw my presence and Levi replied, "Oh welcome back, (Y/N). I'm glad returned safely despite the harsh weather, I hope you didn't run into trouble".

I smiled at him and approached him to give him a kiss on the cheek, "Same here, and the good thing is, I was able to buy the medicine! Agh, you have no idea how crowded the pharmacy is. A lot of people are getting flu lately".

I showed him the medicine which is actually a bottle of syrup (nowadays, this is what children's medicine looks like).

The twins gulped as they saw the medicine and began to exchange glances with each other.

I briefly glanced at them thinking that they might not like the taste of the medicine just by the looks of it.

"Are you guys finished with lunch? I came here as fast as I can so you guys can take your medicine right away", I said and placed the medicine on Leon's bedside table.

Both nodded and sweat began to form in their foreheads as they waited for the upcoming horrible event.

"Yeah", said Leon and coughed lightly, "But can we take the medicine later-"

He stopped talking when I already prepared two teaspoons that I got from the mess hall and started pouring it.

Leon and Isabelle watched me hastily and all of a sudden, the scent of the medicine was already flouting about.

Both of them was able smell it and started to cover their noses with disgust.

"Argh, just what I suspected...", Leon muttered.

"Yeah, the other kids were right. Medicine in a bottle of syrup does give out teen spirit", Isabelle commented quietly.

 However, Levi seemed to notice their reactions and heaved a long, heavy sigh.

"You two", he started speak, "I know it may smell bad but it's for your health. Once you take it, it will be all over".

Both of the twins fidgeted from Levi's words and seemed to back away in the covers of their beds.

"B-But-"

"No, buts! We already talked about this. (Y/N), if you please"

The twins gulped and started to cover themselves with their blankets but unfortunately, Levi got up from his seat and started tickling Isabelle.

"Hahahaaha!! Dad, no fair!! Hahahaha!!", Isabelle retorted and tried to fight back but failed.

Once she failed to hide, Levi was able to capture her and make her sit on his lap so she wouldn't escape.

"Please Isabelle. I want you and Leon to get better this way. Anyway, once you grow up, you'll just take pills with water so you wouldn't worry about drinking this ever again", I said politely and started giving her the teaspoon filled with medicine.

Isabelle looked at her father then back to me and she gasped when the medicine is in front of her.

"Alright, I don't want to sick for the next few days. Right, brother?", said Isabelle and looked her twin brother who is now covering himself.

Although, Leon didn't say anything so Isabelle just sighed and ready to accept her faith.

Once she opened her mouth, I was able to serve her the medicine and afterwards, she made a weird expression but swallowed the medicine.

"Argh...", she muttered, "It tastes so weird...but I guess it will make me better".

Levi gave her a small smile and brushed her hair gently before facing his own look-alike son.

"Alright, son. You're next in line"

Leon slightly jolted from his own covers but he slowly removed it and began to approach us hesitantly.

"That's it, now I want you to just sit beside me", Levi instructed, "And your mother will give you the medicine".

Leon gulped and took a few steps but not to close to our presence.

Levi, however, gave him a somewhat serious but playful look like he wanted to tease him.

"Not approaching, huh? Are you a real man or not?", Levi said and faced him.

Leon slightly reacted to that question and quickly replied in a sick tone, "O-Of course, I am! When I grow up, I want to be just like you, dad! I want to use the 3DMG like you and mom! And I want to fight some titans!".

I slightly giggled at his enthusiasm and presented him the teaspoon of medicine.

Leon gained a little bit of confidence and finally drank the medicine from the teaspoon. He swallowed slowly and he began to make a disgusted expression but he's sure that he'll handle it.

"That's more like it. Now get some rest", said Levi, "Your mother and I will watch you until you fall back to sleep, okay?".

Both of the twins nodded and went back to their beds before they could shiver from the cold air.

Levi and I held hands and watched the twins try to get sleep with sniffs and coughs but at the end, they were able to fall into a deep and peaceful slumber.

"I hope you they get better", Levi said and leaned against my head before gently kissing my neck lovingly.

I giggled with a nod and affectionately stroked his raven black hair, "Of course they will, Levi. And we better think of way for them to drink their medicine again before they start running away-Oh wait, they're sick so I don't know if that's the case but...".

Levi sighed and laid his on my shoulder replying, "Who knows, our children are full of energy everyday but since they understand why they need to take this, I don't think they'll ran away".

I only smiled at him then when both of us watched as the twins slept soundly, Levi and I started to feel a bit drowsy and we ended up falling asleep as well with our hands held and bodies so close that the cold air didn't bother us.
