Dad was staying at a jail in Philadelphia. He's been there for over a year now.

"Wow this is nerve racking." I said shaking

"You want me to go with you?" Harry asked

"No,I'm good." I kissed him and left

I signed in.

"He will be out soon." The guard spoke

After 20 minutes

I see dad coming out. Jail orange doesn't look well on him. It
looks like he haven't slept in years.

"Max?" He came to hug me

I didn't hug him I just stood there

"Let's sit." I suggested

"How's life?"

"Mom died."

He went blank

"Cancer is a bitch! But how's your life going?"

"Really um-

"I think we should get a snack."

I headed over to the vending machine and brought back pack burgers and wings.

"I know you like wings. Probably the only thing I really know but here." I gave him

"Are you ok?"

"I'm getting married Dad." I said stuffing my face

"Really? You don't seem like the type."

"I don't seem like the type to do many things. But life needs happiness and that's what I have."

"Max, I love you honey. I never wanted things to be this way. I loved your mother and wanted her happy. I couldn't support you guys. I wanted to be there but I felt I didn't belong."

"I don't care! You can feel sorry all you want. I'm over it! I don't love you Dad! I will only love a father who took care of his wife and children. Every time I'm around I don't feel loved I feel rejected. I couldn't love who I was because I felt I was always disappointing someone. It was you!"

"Max forgive me please!" He started crying

People where looking at us

"You will not hurt my happiness!" I shook my head

I'm marrying Harry Fucking Styles and I Love Him more than anything and you will Not hurt that!" I stood up

"Is everything alright there?! The guard called out

"Max I'm sorry."

"I forgive you but I will not love you." I got up and started leaving

"Max wait!" He stood up

"Sit down!" The guard

"Merry Christmas Dad and Happy New Year! And Your Grandchildren are beautiful!" I blow a kiss goodbye
