Live On!(Attack on titan fanfic)

CH35: Success

I immediately flung open my eyes and bolted up.
I was lying on the brick roof of a house, a few soldiers surrounded me. All scared to their wits as Titans came.
Did I? Shoot, I must've passed out while on duty.
Suddenly I heard foot steps, huge tremors. I looked back to see a huge boulder being carried through the town, underneath it was...Eren.
He did it. He did it!
Pride welled up in my chest as I tried to stand. The soldiers beside me noticed and told me to sit down or my injury would get worse.

I gripped my blades.
I'm not going to be hindered like this, and again, I am not that weak.
"I'm sorry! I have a duty to do! I'm fine! We have to protect Eren with the others!" I said as I felt a burst of energy in me. This time for sure.
I jumped from building to building and saw Mikasa and Kodia.
They both asked me if I was okay but I just dismissed them and was told to focus on the mission. Armin ran to us and told us that Eren was doing it, that he was doing his job now.
"If we can just make Eren reach the gates, we'll win!" He said.
The man behind Mikasa hardened his gaze and shouted. "Listen!" He shouted, "Every one protect Eren until he reaches the gate! Even if it costs our lives!"
They both looked determined and nodded.

We scouted several Titans in the area and cut them down.
As I traveled, a titan bashed its hand into a near by building, nearly missing me by a little. I skidded to a halt on a roof and noticed a sharp pain on my leg.
I had just realised that my brace was broken, it must've been when I pushed Mikasa and I was too near the debris in time to get out quickly.
One part of the brace was twisted and broken. It stuck into my flesh which explained the stinging pain. I painfully pulled out the piece and detached the whole thing from my leg, threw it onto the ground and dodged the Titans fists again. I landed onto my other leg and hooked onto the Titans back, where I jumped and sliced through the nape of the neck.

Kodia came and helped me out on the other creatures as we advanced further with Eren.
He was almost there, just meters away from the entrance.
The tension was rising, every one was on the edge as they nervously observed him slowly walking to the open hole in the entrance.

"GO! EREN!"

There was was a silence before he roared and slammed the boulder onto the entrance, successfully sealing it for good.
Every one was in a major shock therapy.

Suddenly every one cheered, even Riko cried and sent the green flare up into the sky.
I nodded to Kodia who smiled back and did a thumbs up. I noticed her gear was sloppily put on, serval straps weren't pulled right and she had some weird dark stain on her sleeve. I was very sure it wasn't titan blood as it should've been evaporated by now.
But I dismissed it and I ran to Eren who was now on the ground, sitting there and motionless again.

I saw Armin at the nape and trying to cut Eren out.
I jumped on with him and tried to pry him out but it seemed like the muscles were very strong, the temperature was rising and in no time I started to sweat like crazy.
"It's no use! He is somehow fused in with the titan!" Armin said.

Riko came and looked at the problem. She gritted her teeth and took out her blade, "We are gonna have to cut him out!"

Mikasa looked like she was about to protest but Riko disregarded her and easily cut Eren out with one slash of her sword while we helped pull him out.
As he was successfully detached we both fell to the bottom, where Armin and I were relieved Eren was alright.

Suddenly we felt a huge shadow loom over us.
Two other Titans looked down with their sickening stares and ugly ass smiles. "MARISA!" Kodia screamed as the Titans bent down to grab us.

Suddenly out of no where they all fell, blood spurting out of their neck as someone attacked them at the speed of light, only the light of the blade would be seen.
The person landed in front of us, their cape fluttering in the wind which held the symbol of the survey corps, wings of freedom. They craned their head and gave us a dark stare.

"Hey...you kids, what the hell is going on?"
