Caught Up (SERIES PT. 3)

Pt. 18

"What so you mines again?". Jay asked me as we packed up the car.

"If I am or if im not. Why". I put my hands on my hips and got playfully sassy with him.

"Dont get slick, answer the question".

"Something like that yeah". I knew he was trying to be serious but I was in a goofing mood. I walked up to him and put my chin on his chest looking up at him. "Yes Jay im yours again". I gave him a kiss and he smacked my ass. "Get the bags in the car before we miss our flight". Jay had a game that was going to be up in New York but it got cancelled for some reason I forgot. But it was better for us cause we can actaully spend an extra few days together. But one thing I really wasnt ready for was meeting his family. When he first asked me to go I was surprised a little bit. Because for one I knew his parents didnt agree to his sex change, and most of his family didnt either. But he said almost a year ago they worked everything out and that made me happy because he is such a great person and I dont want his sexuality to over shadow that. So everyone basically relocated to New York and ive always wanted to go atleast once in my life. But now it seems like I will be up there a lot more now. Jay kept running back and forth in and out the house because he kept forgetting stuff. I kept looking at the time and we were suppose to leave 10 minutes ago. He finally came back out, locked the door and we got in the car.

"Lana hush, I already know you gone say something".

"Actually I wasnt but since you brought it up, we gone be late. Just saying unless you haul ass without getting pulled over". He shook his head and drove off to the airport.

While we was on our way it seemed like there was an accident on the highway that happened not to long ago. It was so backed up that we sat in one spot for almost 10 minutes. I tried to get Jay to get over and try to get off on the exit that we were coming up to but he was aggrivated about us almost not be able to make it to the airport on time. After convincing him to he got over to the exit and I swear he had the attitude with me. He better not start with the fuck shit, I refuse to go through it again. I will do everything I can before something like that happens again. He got off and we still had time to make it into the airport and get to our gate before we miss the flight. we werent too far away and within 15 minutes he made it. we had about 20 minutes to get our things out the car, go through all the secruity checks and get to our gate.

"Babe I got this. Just try to get in and secure us a spot in line". I slightly jogged into the airport and got us a spot to get our bags weighed in. Once that was done we went through metal dectors and rushed over to gate D. I heared them doing finals calls for our flight and we made it just time. I was a little upset because if Jay wasnt doing all the extraness at the house and listened to me through traffic we probably wouldnt be rushing. We showed our tickets and found a seat our seat on the plane.

FRANKIE'S POV

"So what you wanna do today? Still think you got what I takes in basketball?". I asked Kayden as we got into the car.

"You talking like you want this pressure. I can still play now, I havent forgot how to shake someone na".

"Big game big game. Alright lets place a bet on it. If I win you have to wash my car inside and out for a month whenever I ask".

"Cool cool. But WHEN I win, you gotta buy me two games of my choosing".

"Oh man you aint saying nothing at all". I drove to the indoor court that wasnt too far away from the house. Now I may be getting older but dont under estimate my abilites. Kids these days, think they know and can do it all. But im about to show him whose the king around here. We pulled up to the building and since it was still early nobody was here. So he can get beat without anyone knowing.
