Pt. 23

FRANKIE'S POV

Today Lana was coming back from out of town and I move out to stay with Keisha. Part of this made my stomach turn to know that it could possibly be over for us. Like I said before though why stress over someone thats not worried about me. Dont get me wrong im gone always have love for Lana that will never change but I gotta do for myself now. Kayden helped me and he just had the worst attitude today knowing that im moving out. But I had to let him know that im gone always be here regardless of the situation.

"This still sucks foreal. You cant do anything to stay?".

"Im sorry my man but your mom already made her decision on everything. Look whenever you wanna hang out call me. If you want me to come to your games, if you wanna come over just hit me up. Nothing changing but my location".

"Alright I guess thats cool. Hopefully mom dont trip out and stuff". I took the last bit of clothes out of the closet and put them in the suitcase. It was a complete mess in here and it made me realize how much shit I got. I was waiting on Keisha to get here so I can get everything out the way and so she can help. But I think her ass late so she can hold out on me as she always do. I do appreciate her letting me stay with her because she didnt have to but I see where the love and loyalty at so I gained mad respect for her over this. There was a knock on the front door and I told Kayden to get it because most likely it was Keisha. While he went downstairs I got my shoes and put them in boxes and in some of my bags I got. I know Keisha gone trip out when she see how much shit I got. Gone think im trying to take over her house or something.

"Dam Frankie! You moving out or --". I had to cut her off cause Innocence was in my bed sleeping and she was overly loud. The usual of course, I dont know where she gets that crap from. "Omg she is so freaking cute. My bad though". She whispered and sat in the chair next to the window.

"You gone have to cut that loud stuff out".

"What? Girl you coming to move in with me. Ima be as loud as I wanna be. Fuck you thought. Oops my bad". I just shook my head at her and finished putting my shoes up. "Kayden got big though. I come to the door and im like am I at the wrong house? Yall got something going on that I dont know about? Boy scared me".

"Chile he is 15 looking 19. I look at him and just shake my head sometimes cause it happened so fast. Remember wheb he was a youngin and now he soon to graduate from high school. Crazy. But enough of that lets get this stuff in the car".

"Yeah cause it look like you robbed a dam mall". We laughed and started putting everything in the car. It was stupid hot outside it never fails in Miami. One day I hope I can get out of here, maybe go somewhere where it snows. Up north type shit. I lived my life here and now I feel like its timr to experience some new shit. Never really been out to other states other than when I coach for s college team but that was about it.

"How much more of these boxes?". Keisha said putting one in the car.

"Like 3 more. Dont whimp out on me now". She grunted and went to get the rest when a car pulled up and Lana got out. The car was unfamiliar and I tried to see who was in the front but the sun was blocking my view. I put my hand on my forehead to hide the sun and I still didnt know who it was but they looked familiar. She got out the car and had a weird look on her face.

"Whats going on?".

"Well, im moving out. Gonna go stay with Keisha. Thats what you wanted right?".

"I mean yeah. Just didnt get a heads up thats all".

"My bad. I shouldve said something. But im almost done maybe another minute or two everything will be in the car and i'll get out your way". I walked back into the house and got the rest of my bags and put them in the car. She just looked at me and I couldnt tell if she felt bad about all this or was just ready for me to leave so she wouldnt have to deal with me or our whole situation. I told Kayden bye and dont forget what I said about him calling me if he needed me or wanted to hand out or whatever. He gone always be my dude and nobody can take his place. I went and told Keisha lazy behind I was ready to go and she hopped in the car. Needed to clear something up with Lana just to be sure we were on the same page. "So, just to be clear. Its over huh".
