Chapter 6
"He kissed me!" Sara squealed as we sat down by the lake on the pier.
"Whoa! You go girl! How was it?!" I asked her.
"It was magical. It was everything I dreamt it would be! His lips were so soft and his hands were on my waist. He was so cute!" She said and I laughed.
"I'm glad he didn't disappoint you." I said.
"Disappoint me?! It was perfect!" She said and sighed.
I laughed at her and then I felt cold water splash all over me.
"Adam!" I yelled and looked behind me to see Adam running away with an empty bucket.
"Sorry, Sara. I have to go kill him!" I yelled as I ran after the douche.
"Adam!" I yelled.
"Defiantly not going to stop, Sophie!" Adam yelled back.
"I will never stop!" I shouted.
"Then we'll run forever!" He said and took a right.
Of course, I was not in shape as much as he was so I stumbled while taking the turn but got back to my pace and darted after Adam.
"Stop now, you pig!" I yelled.
"I won't!" He said but as if it was fate, he tripped and fell on his stomach with me on top of him.
We both tripped on the same rock.
"I got you now." I said and started trying to choke him.
"You're failing miserably." He said with a smug smile.
"I have a better idea." I grinned mischievously and licked my thumb.
"What are you doing..." He trailed and then practically screamed when I slid my thumb across his cheek.
"Get off me you disgusting fat ass!" Adam said and pushed me off him.
"I tried to warn you." I shrugged.
"Do you know what I have to do?! I have to burn the skin you touched with that thumb!" He exclaimed and I laughed.
"Wouldn't that be a pretty sight?" I grinned.
"Your face being pressed in hot coals is a nice sight." He snorted.
"Oh please. Everybody loves my face." I said.
"I despise your face." He said and started walking away.
"Where are you going, Adam? I still haven't finished my revenge." I said.
"There's more?!" He asked.
"Oh well. I'll leave it as a surprise then. See you later, Adam!" I waved and ran away to my cabin after hearing him yell at me to stop and get over with revenge.
But that's not how I do things.
I opened the cabin door and walked straight to the bathroom.
I took a shower and slipped on some shorts and a t-shirt.
"Where is it?" I wondered as I looked around for my phone.
I found it on my bedside table and grabbed it.
I dialed Troy's number and waited for him to pick up.
"Did you change your mind?" He asked.
"No. I need your help in something." I said.
"What?" He asked.
"I need you to call me when Adam's asleep and tell me. We're supposed to go practice at twelve anyway. So I'm guessing he'll take a nap before it. I want to wake him up." I said.
