“Ready babe?” Niall asked as he watched me collect my books from my locker at the end of the school day.
“Ready for what?” I asked confused.
“I’m taking you home,”
“Niall, I don’t think that’s such a good idea,” I said turning around and facing him.
“What’s not a good idea,” Brian interrupted as he walked up to where Niall and I stood and inched his way closer to me.
“I’m taking her home,” Niall said back instantly.
“No you’re not. She’s coming with me,” Brian’s hand fell on my arm.
“Don’t touch her,” Niall said as he stood his ground. I was surprised he hadn’t knocked Brian off of me.
Brian didn’t move, but instead locked eyes with Niall.
“Please, Brian, stop,” I said as his hold on me tightened. I knew that if Brian didn’t release me, a fight was going to break and I really didn’t want to watch another fight unfold in front of me.
“Let her go,” Niall repeated as he began to step closer to us. His face was inches away from Brian’s.
“Her mom told me that I need to take her home and watch her,” Brian said.
“You don’t need to do shit. Let her go,” Niall was angry. I could tell.
