♥27♥ The sun is high up in the sky

"Buchou, I find it hard to eat when you're staring at me like that." Chinami was eating breakfast but she was complaining about the way Shiraishi was staring at her.

"What? I just can't believe you're really in front of me." 

"Is it okay for you to be here and not home?" 

"Well, it's not, but...I really wanted to stay and make sure you're not alone when you do wake up." Shiraishi admitted, "My Mom is pretty pissed that I didn't come home, but it's worth it if you're awake with someone here.

"Where is everyone?" Chinami asked him. 

"We all wanted to stay but the nurse said only one of us can stay." 

"Let me guess, you all drew some sort of lottery?" 

"The longest stick wins! Mine was the longest!" 

"Haha, a perfect win." 

"Yep!" Shiraishi's phone vibrated again and he looked at it to see it was the 50th call from his Mother. What should he do? His Mother called him to come back home all night but he refused to! He will die once he got home...

"Buchou, you're going to get grounded. You should head home, I'll be fine on my own." 

"Really?" 

"Really." 

"Then, I should head home. I'll see you after I sorted things out." 

"Hm. Buchou, thank you for everything..." 

"No problem." Shiraishi touched the handle of the door, about the leave.

"Buchou!" 

"Hm?" 

"N-nothing..." 

"Is something wrong?" 

"No, it's nothing..." She can't ask him about Kenya...she's scared of knowing the answer. 

"Look forward to the afternoon." Shiraishi somehow worked out what she wanted to ask but he decided to keep it a secret.

"Eh?" 

Shiraishi left her alone to ponder the meaning behind his words...

Ever since Shiraishi left, she spent most of the afternoon watching TV. She was bored but she was told she should stay in bed and rest more. 

'I want to go outside...' It was a very beautiful day outside and she's stuck in the hospital room. The sky was blue and not a single white cloud floated by. 'I'm bored...' Chinami then heard a knock on the door. She looked at the door to see it opening and something that looked like a giant stuffed bear was being forced into the room. 'What...? What is that? A bear?" 

"It's not going to go in..." 

"Nonsense! It's going to go in! The Speed Star of Naniwa will force it in! How many attempts will it take? Tell me with your Saiki Kanpatsu thingy!" 

"One more attempt." 

Chinami can hear very muffled voices outside. She wondered what was going on outside; why was a stuffed giant bear being forced into her room? Will it come in? Or will it be stuck? 

"On 3! 1...2...3! Uwoooooaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh!!!" She can hear very fast footsteps and then the bear finally forced its way in, along with the person who forced it in. Kenya did it! he managed to get the bear into the room! Success! He managed to get the giant bear into her room! "I did it!" He ended up on the floor along with the bear, but he got it into the room.
