I honestly got this idea from a dream I had. I don't know if it's going to work, but I woke up from this dream and it made me more happy than I have been in a while.
Synopsis:
Jamie and her best friend Annie go to a Panic! At the disco concert and Jamie may or may not have touched Brendon Urie's hair. Of course this means more to Jamie than anything, but it's just another moment for Brendon. But Brendon can't seem to stop thinking about the mysterious girl that touched his majestic hair.
