When Sisters Fight

Lily's P.O.V

I was in the common room with Luna and Ginny. I had given Luna the Gryffindor password, and we became close friends.We were talking and laughing. Harry walked in the common room. "Harry!" I ran up to him and attacked him with a hug. "Hey Lily," said Harry. He gave me a kiss on the cheek and said "the twins gave me a map of Hogwarts, and I'm going to sneak into Hogsmeade. Is that fine with you?" "Yeah, that's totally fine with me," I answered. "Just be careful. Remember Sirius Black is looking for both of us," I say. "I will," said Harry. He gave me one last kiss before he left an Ginny and Luna started teasing me. I didn't mind. Harry and I stopped blushing every time we kiss. Ginny asked "Lily, can I talk to you about something privately?" "Sure," I answer. Ginny takes me up to our dormitory and uses Muffliato on the curtains of her bed. "I want you to break up with Harry," said Ginny. She looked mad. I burst out laughing. "You're not kidding?" "NOOOO!" "Why? I love him," I answer. "I have a crush on him too!" "I'm sorry Ginny, but you can tell we both love each other, so I won't break up with him." Ginny got this look of rage. "BREAK UP WITH HIM!! HE DOESN'T LOVE YOU!! HE ONLY DATES YOU BECAUSE HE WANTS TO BE CLOSER TO RON!!" There was a moment of silence. Tears started forming in my eyes. "No. I'm not going to," I answer as my voice begins to shake. "LILY!! I HATE YOU!! HARRY NEVER LOVED YOU!!" This time, my tears began to fall. I pulled back the curtains and ran out crying. Luna saw and followed me. I ran to an empty classroom and went up against the wall. I slid downtown the floor, put my head in between my knees, and let it all out. How could Ginny tell me that! Is it true? I began to believe what Ginny said. Everything she said was echoing in my head. Harry never loved you. I hate you. Harry just wants to be closer to Ron. Break up with him. This was making me cry even harder. "Can I come in?" I heard Luna at the door. I got up, opened the door, and collapsed into Luna. She dragged me inside and sat on the floor with me. "What did Ginny tell you?"I was trying to get the words out. "Sh-she t-t-told m-me th-that H-Harry never lo-loved me," I sobbed. "I don't believe that for a second. I've heard the way he talks about you when you're not there." My hopes that Harry still loved me were coming back. "What does he say?" I was curious to know. "He says things like: She's the BEST girlfriend ever. And then Ron gets uncomfortable and Harry says Calm down Ron, I love her. She makes me smile. I'll never break up with her." I smiled and thought of Harry. "You're right. Also, Ginny told me she likes him too and wanted me to break up with him. But I won't," I said. "That's the spirit! Let's go back to the common room now," said Luna.

Harry's P.O.V

I snuck into Hogsmeade and found Hermione and Ron. We were going in the shops buying things when we passed this jewelry store and I saw the most beautiful necklace. "Wait guys," I say. My mind was saying 'buy this for Lily, you love her, show her you do'. I walked in and asked the owner "Hi! Can I get that necklace?" "You buying it for your girlfriend?" I saw a woman that was really skinny. "Y-yeah," I started to stutter. Even though I didn't blush when Lily kissed me, I still stuttered with nervousness when someone asked me something about a present I was going to buy for Lily. Ron and Hermione had to go, so I put my cloak on and snuck into Hogwarts again. I started to make my way to the Gryffindor common room.

Lily's P.O.V

Luna came after me and comforted me. We were heading back to the common room, when Ginny pulled me into a classroom. She pushed me against the wall. "GINNY! I TOLD YOU I WON'T BREAK UP WITH HARRY! I LOVE HIM!" Ginny then said the most hurtful thing ever. "You break up with him or I'll make sure he does." Ginny stormed out. I ran out of the room and at this point I didn't know where my feet were taking me, but I didn't care. I went up to the 7th floor, and saw a door appear out of nowhere. I ran in and found a room with photo albums. I opened one photo album and saw that there were pictures of me and Harry. There was one of us about to kiss, there was one of us kissing, and one of us snuggled together. I smiled and saw a tear that fell on the album. The album must have been magical because when my tear fell, I heard Harry's voice say things like "I'll NEVER break up with Lily. I love her so much. She is the prettiest girl I've ever seen. I love her. She means the world to me. I'll kill whoever hurts her." I decided to look at the photo albums. After about 2 hours, I heard Harry's voice outside. I ran out and gave Harry the tightest hug I've ever given him. Tears poured out of my eyes. "Lily! What happened?" Harry looked worried. "Ginny said some things to me, and I ran away crying," I answered. Harry looked full of rage. "What did she say," I could tell Harry was holding a lot of rage in. "She said you never loved me, and that you only dated me to be closer to Ron." Harry gave me a long, passionate kiss. I stopped crying now. "That's not true. By the way, I bought you this," Harry opened a box with the most beautiful necklace I have ever seen. "Oh my gosh, it's beautiful!" I took the necklace, and hugged Harry so tight. "Let me put it on you." Harry took the necklace, and put it on me. The chain turned gold, and I looked at Harry with a smile. "You're my One True Love, Harry." Harry started to blush again. I kissed his cheek and said "I'm never taking it off." Harry then REALLY started to blush. "I'll only take it off if the chain becomes silver, which will probably be never," I said. "I love you, Lily," Harry said. "And I love you, Harry," I answered. After this stressful, sad day, we all walked back to the Gryffindor common room, and Harry and I were holding hands. When we got there, it was late, so we went to sleep. Before I went up, I gave Harry a kiss on the cheek and said "Goodnight, Harry." "Goodnight Lily," Harry answered. I went up to my dormitory and got ready for bed. When I was ready I laid down in my bed and the last thought I remember having was 'I wonder if Harry will want to go to the next Hogsmeade trip'.
