Quidditch Tryouts

Lily's P.O.V

Today, we have the Quidditch tryouts. Harry and I got dressed in our uniforms, and went down to set up the pitch after we had breakfast. I looked over at Harry at one point, and smiled. He looked at me, and smiled. He walked over to me, wrapped his arms around my waist, and asked "you ready, beautiful?" I giggled, put my arms on his shoulders, and said "yes, handsome." He gave me a long kiss and said "I love you." I smiled and said "I love you too." He smiled and kissed me again. When we heard people coming, and we pulled apart. When everyone got here, Harry tried to talk but everyone was talking loud. I decided to yell out "SHUT IT!" Everyone went quiet, and Harry said "thanks." I nodded and he began. He began the tryouts, and Ron is now on the team. Ron saw I was stressed out from the tryouts and asked playfully "why don't you ask Harry for a kiss?" I smiled, said "hey," and punched him playfully. Harry came over and asked "am I needed?" I smiled and said "maybe." He chuckled and kissed me. He asked "you good now?" I shook my head and he kissed me again. I giggled and said "ok I'm good now." We laughed and walked back to the common room.

Harry's P.O.V

Quidditch tryouts were stressful, and now I faced the decision of choosing the players. I know Ron is going to be Keeper because he stopped every single Quaffle, even though McLaggen got 4 out of 5. I also know that Lily is going to be on the team. Not because she's my girlfriend, but because she's fast, even though about 50% of me chooses her because she's my girlfriend. Lily helped me decide, and we quickly formulated a strong team. It was the early afternoon, and we didn't have class because it's the weekend. The four of us decided to hang out by the lake together. We sat down, and she laid her head on my lap. She was lying down. I smiled at her, and she giggled. Hermione said "true love," and we laughed as I gave me a kiss. Ron said "you know, I've grown to get used to you two." Lily said "thank you, finally!" We laughed again.

Lily's P.O.V

We stayed until it started getting dark, and then we hung out in the common room. I was cold, so Harry held me tightly and wouldn't let go. When it got late, we went to bed. Harry gave me a lot of kisses and I giggled. He gave me one last passionate kiss and then we went up. Hermione saw me smiling wide, and said "you guys are so cute together!" I giggled and said "I love him so much." Hermione nodded and said "I'm so winning those 3 galleons from our bet." We laughed and then I went to bed with a smile on my face. This year started off great.
