~Phils POV~

It was a few days after the whole 'incident,' and me and Dan are still horrified. We never know when my mum is going to come and we never know when another letter or package is going to show up at our doorstep. The day after we got a letter from my mum going on a huge speech about what's been happening with me and Dan lately. How I got a tattoo, how we met all of our friends, all their names, who was together, the Christmas party and even how Dan's dad died. Then she signed it with 'you've been through a lot lately, the next major event that's going to happen to you is January 30th, it's something beyond anything that could happen on a normal birthday, so watch out for it, Phil Howell.'

What did that even mean? I'm confused. Me and Dan decided on getting a dog, just to help guard the flat. We had reported all the notes and packages to our landlord and he allowed it, if the dog was trained and it didn't disturb the neighbors. I had a talk with my old neighbor, Joey, because he knows a lot about dogs. He had the same type issue, but with break in, and he got 2 dogs, Wolf and Storm.

We walked inside the animal shelter, and once we walked in Dogs and cats were all barking in unison. We had registered and looked through cages and cages of different dog breeds. As I was spying on a corgi, I felt Dan pull at my shoulders. He brought me over to a cage that had a large husky, staring up at us.

"Aww Phil can we get him?"

I glared at Dan than back at the dog.

"Yeah definitely, I heard Huskies are well trained"

I walked up to the clerk to sign the paper work and pay for the dog. I took a glimpse at Dan to see him scratching behind the dogs ear, making weird puppy noises. Dork.

I went and payed and then payed for a collar and dog food. I put the collar on the dog and we walked back to our complex. As we got inside the dog immediately jumped on the couch.

"So what should we name him?"

"Um" Dan looked around, thinking, than perked up.

"We could name him Oceanus?" ((I don't know why but I have an obsession with the name Oceanus))

"Sound great" Dan giggled and walked over to the dog, pulling Oceanus on his lap.

"Welcome to the Lester and Howell family Oceanus"

I pulled out my phone and snapped a picture, setting it as my lock screen. I slid it back in my pocket and walked over, sitting down and slipping into Dan's free arm. I started tracing my finger around his tattoo, as Dan and rested his head on top of mine. I eventually fell asleep in the arms of my boyfriend and new part of our small family, Oceanus

A/N: Very, Very short chapter
So I have bad news for some people, good news for other people, I'm ending this book soon. And I'm legit so fucking sad, because I love this book so much. Like my face when I realize how many people have read and love this book, it's honestly amazing to me. But yeah there will be a few more chapters and then I'm finishing it up. I'm sorry
