~Luna's POV~
Right as Medusa's feet touch the floor, I hop off of her back and run out of her cavern, with the dragon following close behind me. Luckily, she and I made it back just in time to see the Northern lights flicker away. But, that only meant that whoever the Guardians were relaying the lights to got the message. This might mean that the Guardians have extra forces on their side. We could be at a disadvantage.
As I go through the dark, stone hallways, I didn't hesitate to go onto a full on sprint. "Pitch. Pitch! Pitch, I need to speak with you!!" I yell as loudly as I could. My screams could practically be heard throughout the lair. Miraculously, as I ran, I never once trip on any of the surprising cracks that are hidden between the stone floor.
Once I reach the center, or at least I believe to be, of the liar, I stop in my tracks and look around for any sign of life. Somebody should've heard me by now; the Guardians would never attack at the exact moment another ally, or allies, joined their side. Medusa seem to have been sensing my rising fear because as I finish doing a 360 degree turn she rushes up to me and pushes her head against my stomach. Petting her large head was the only thing that prevented me from going mad.
"Pitch, where are you?!" I yell once more.
"Luna, what is the matter?" a voice speaks up behind me. I didn't need anyone to tell me that Pitch finally heard my cries. With that, I turn and rush up to Pitch, embracing him as soon as I reach him. "W-What's the matter; why have you been screaming like bloody murder?"
"I thought they got to you, all of you."
"Who? The guardians?"
"Yes." I finally release him from my bone-crushing grip. "I saw the Northern Light while I was away."
"The Northern Light? Where exactly were you at?"
"It doesn't matter."
"Yes, it does if you were able to see them so clearly."
"I was somewhere in Canada alright! But, that doesn't matter. The real problem is that the Guardians might have gotten more reinforcements."
"Do yo-"
I raise my hand before he could finish his sentence. "Before you finish that question, no, I didn't see who exactly answered the call. I was nowhere near the North Pole. Plus, I was busy trying to get back here to inform you of what I saw."
He sighs. "Well, in that case, we must call the others." He raises his hand, and with a simple twirl of the hand, a puff of smoke rises from the floor. Once the dark smoke clears, everyone, that is besides Red Death and Mordu, stood right beside us.
"What is the meaning of this?!" Mother Gothel spats out. "I was in the middle of something."
"If you were talking about beauty sleep, then, honey, it ain't working," I say.
Elsa and Hans chuckle in response. They were really holding back their fit of laughter.
"Why you little-"
"Ladies, please; we need to be serious. There is a major problem at hand," Pitch starts.
"I'll say." Mother Gothel stares right at me, giving me her best stink eye.
Fortunately, Medusa was watching Gothel's action, and in my defense, she growls at the woman, who steps back in response.
I pat the dragon's head. "Good girl," I whisper.
