I don't know how long it has been since I've been staring at the woman in front of me. Or should I say my mother. But, it can't be true. She can't possibly be my actual mother. There has to be another logical reason. Wait, I've got it. This woman is just 100% mental; she just has to be. There was no way in hell that after all these years my own mother would come back. After all, she left me behind and never once bothered to look for me, leaving me to fend for myself while I struggle trying to control these powers I was "blessed" with.

No, I have to get away from her, and everyone, as soon as possible. I need to get things straightened out as soon as I can. There has to be a logical reason for this, for... everything.

With that, I, involuntarily, take a single step backward; I guess my own body was in more control than my mind was. Once my foot condensed the snow under me, emitting a faint crunch with the squished snow, a large tree root sprouts out from under the ground, throwing out hints of dirt and snow in the process. On a defensive reflex, my powers caused the earth below me to work in my defense. Why do my emotions always have more control to my powers than I do? How the hell did Elsa get over this?

As soon as the large root escapes the dirt, it shoots straight for the woman in front of me, or Nature as Jack called her only moments ago. She just seemed as surprised to see the root as I was. After all, my defensive mode can be pretty unpredictable. While eyeing down the threatening, not to mention piercing sharp root, Nature stretches out her hands, as if somehow preparing herself for the oncoming threat.

Then, as the root was a mere foot away from her, Nature raises her right arm towards the plant and swings her arm to the side, causing the root to follow her movement. The root was practically whipped in the opposite direction and was thrown on the ground. The, once alive, root was finally limp on the ground, sprawled just in front of the woman.

Oh my God. I can't believe what I just saw; I practically answered my own question. I witnessed her do the exact same thing I had just done. (Well, sort of...) She controlled the Earth like I can. There is only one explanation for all this; there's only one possibility for our similar abilities...

... She really is my mother.

Then, things became strangely clear to me. Now, I was able to notice some similarities between the two of us. First off, our long black hair was practically identical in style. We have the same pouty lips; the same eye shape; and the same nose, though mine was more on the button nose than she was. Though my skin was a shade or two darker than hers, our complexion was free of any blemishes. We could almost be identical, but there were qualities that didn't seem to match. Which meant, who could be my father?

Well, I suppose that question will have to be answered another time. For now, this was just too much for me handle. In fact, how can I even react to this?

I open my mouth, trying to utter a single word, but nothing could come out. With the anxiety inside of me, my hands began to uncontrollably shake. Then, again mindlessly, I took a step forward. I raise my hand to try and steady myself, but I guess to others, it seemed like I had another thing in mind. Something threatening in mind.

With that, Jack leaps forward towards me, trapping me in a tight grasp, and holds me back. He means to pull me away from her. "No, Luna. Don't do it!" he shouts.

"Get away from me!!" I yell as I attempt to get out of his hold.

"I can't let you hurt yourself!"
