It's september now and the leaves slowly begin to fall, the trees colouring itself in the most beautiful colours and the birds start to set their journey to the warm parts on earth until the winter is gone.
Almost three months had past since I went to the concert and met Michael.

As I came home from work I walked with my laptop into the living room and fired it up checking my mails, but no message from Michael. So I started to type:

Dear Michael,

I know it's a little late, but anyway Happy Birthday To You. Hope you enjoyed your day and you're fine as well.
The time's changing and autumn is setting it's place here, everything's coloured up, it really looks amazing, I wish you could see that.
In a couple of weeks I get holidays and plan to visit the U.S.A again, how about meeting that time?
Let me know if your planner allows you and I'm looking forward to hear from you soon.

Love Diane

I looked at the wall clock and sighed, another day is over. You just have no life when you're working, damn it being an adult.
I switched off the laptop and went into the bathroom for a quick shower before letting myself fell into the sheets.
Tired as hell I cuddled in and closed my eyes.

~The Next Day~

The next day was a sunday, so I made up my mind and went with a friend by bike to a little sea near our hometown.
The weather was great and even the water was warm enough to step inside without catching a cold after.
"How about searching some clams?", she said looking at the surface of the water glittering each time the sun hit it.
"Great idea, maybe I'll find a special one", I replied, "for a special one...", I mumbled.
"What?", she looked up into my eyes, "So you've found someone?".
"Well kind of", I shrugged my shoulders, trying not to smile all over my cheeks. But I failed.
"Come on, tell me", she grinned.
"I'm not quite sure yet, ok", I mentioned.
"
Your smile is telling me the opposite, dear", she replied, "I'm gonna give you a few seconds than I wanna know it, everything".
I sighed, "Ok listen... you remember the concert a few months ago?".
Her eyes widened, "Sure".
"There I met him", I giggled, "He's beautiful, kind and a loving person, and...".
"He's another obsessed and crazy Michael Jackson fan just like you?", she finished my sentence, "Hell yeah that's awesome".
"Well... yeah you could say so", I felt my cheeks blush at the thought.
"He isn't a fan?", she narrowed her eyes.
I decided not to tell too much, no one knows if I could ever see him again.
"Oh he is, believe me, he probably knows Mj better than anyone else", I chuckled pulling at the strings of my shoes and taking them off.
"Anyway, come one let's look for clams before it's getting dark", I mumbled stepping into the cool water.

I dried them and put all into a cloth then in my pocket, to get sure they would make it home before breaking apart.

"Same time next sunday?", she yelled before taking the other way home.
"I'll let you know, bye", I shouted waving.
This time it was hard to cycle back home, just as we approved each other the wind started to blow, heavily and it began to rain.

Totally wet through I arrived at my house as I got off my bike in the parking lot.
I ran quickly to the door, opened it and almost slipped away as my wet shoes touched the wodden floor.
"Damn it", I mumbled getting a grip on the doorframe before I fell down.
I slammed the door and getting upstairs into the bathroom as I let myself run a hot bath while I stripped off my clothes.
I groaned in relieve as the hot water hit my chilled through body. I relaxed and closed my eyes as I turned on the radio for a little backround music.
