He sighed deep as we continued our walk to his car.
I couldn't help but feel sorry that it had to turn out this way, but it actually wasn't my fault.
If my mom wouldn't be that strict I had no trouble with visiting an keeping in touch with Michael.

We kept ourselves silent for the ride home, and I knew it was better. I didn't wanted him to be even more disappointed.
Back home I collected the last pieces of stuff I had left in his house and packed them into my suitcase and some important things into my other bag that I could handle to carry with me on the way to the plane.
"When does your flight goes tomorrow?", he walked up behind me as I packed and tried to close the zipper of my suitcase.
"Uhm, quite early, about 10 a.m.", I spoke after fighting with the last end of the zipper.
Michael didn't even responds instead of I only heard him took a deep breath before footsteps walked off the room.
I rolled my eyes, actually I wanted to spent the last evening with him not even thinking about tomorrow but he only made it harder.

"Michael?", I called after I finished packing.
I walked into the living room but the only thing I found was the turned on TV, as I heard water rushing down.
Then I knew he was in the bathroom probably taking a shower.
So I sat down on the couch and cuddled myself in the blanket that always laid there.

"I'm off for sleep", he mumbled walking out of the bathroom.
"Wait", I said sitting myself up.
"It's not my fault so please don't act like if I'm invisible", I looked at him as he towel dyed his hair.
"Tomorrow you're leaving for a terrible long time Diane, I just can't act if nothing happened".
"Do I have a choice Michael?", I stood up letting the blanket drop to the floor.
He rolled his eyes and turned to walk off but I grabbed onto his arm.
"Michael please", I begged feeling my eyes filling with tears.
"Wasn't it you who told me it would be simple, 'we go through this easily Diane', wasn't it your hopeful smile that gave me the strenght to call my mom just to tell her everything and now being trapped in this situation?", I sobbed.
"Anyway", I grabbed the remote control and switched off the TV as I walked off into the bedroom closing the door shut.

After a while I heard him creeping into the bedroom as careful as he could.
"Are you sleeping already?", he whispered quitely laying beside me under the sheets.
I felt his breath against my neck as the bed moved.
"I'm really sorry Diane", he whispered.
"At least I can hold for this night...", he mumbled being sure that I was already sleeping.
His arms were wrapped around my waist as he pressed his body closer to mine.
"Don't leave me like this", he begged with needing in his voice.
I felt a tear rolling down my cheek as I grabbed his one hand that was still holding onto my waist and turned around.
"I love you Michael", I whispered and brushed my lips against his own.
He deepend the kiss and wrapped his arms tighter around me stroking my belly.

~The Next Day~

"Wake up beautiful", Michael tickled me the next morning.
I started laughing, "Damn stop it", I yelled struggling to get rid of his grip.
"Good morning", I managed the sentence without jawning after each word.
"Get up Diane", he tickled me one more time.
"I made breakfast", he replied.
I smiled getting out of the bed and into the kitchen.

We ate and made ourselves ready.
"Do you have everything?", Michael asked as I grabbed my bag and he my suitcase.
I took a deep breath, "Yeah I think so".
"Diane please don't cry", he placed his finger under my chin to made me look at him.
"Come, I don't wanna let you loose your flight", he looked away and walked out the door.
One last time I looked around before I followed him.

"Well time to say goodbye so...", I said sadly knowing the tears would stream down at any second.
"I love you so much Diane", Michael whispered as we kissed the last time.
"That's for you", he replied handing me an envelope, "Don't open it until you're home, ok?!", he forced a smile.
I took it and put it in my bag.
"Bye Michael", I sobbed and let go of his hand.
"Bye Diane", he said waving me as I walked to the gate.

I had a good window seat and saw him standing at the large windows of the airport looking straight to where I was.
I waved him until I couldn't see him anymore.

As I arrived at the airport I noticed my mom already waiting for me.
"Hello Mom", I said as I dropped the heavy suitcase.
"Don't you think it's a little ridiculous to cry for someone you won't see ever again?".
"What do you mean?", I asked confused.
"Well, do you really think he cares for you in such a long distance", she snapped grabbing my suitcase.
"Do you even hear your own words?", I replied, "How dare you to say something like that, you don't even know him".
I couldn't believe what's gotten into my mom, I became so pissed of so I walked off before something terrible might happened.
Damn it.
