"Ready?", he said, exitement was raising his voice.
"Yes", I breathed, nervous of what might be.
"Ok...", he mumbled almost barely to hear as I felt his arms wrapped around me from behind and he laid a small box in my hands.
"You can now open your eyes sweetheart", he whispered into my ear, still pressed up against me.

I opened them as he released his hands from the grip and the tiny box appeared in the palm of my hands.
Carefully I opened it as a thin gold bracelet popped out with two pendents on it. A half heart and a star, both in gold as well.
As I looked closer at the heart piece I saw three letters carved in, f o r.

"Let me explain", Michael said as I looked at him with a stunning expression, what could I even say.
"Look", he continued and pulled on his necklace. It's the first time I recognize it on him.
"I got the other piece of the heart, on mine are the letters, e v e r, and when you put them together it means forever", he smiled clicking both pieces together as one.
"And the reason why there's a star on it is, you know I got the moon", he explained, pulling again on his necklace showing the moon.
"It's a symbol how much you mean to me...", he continued, "Without the stars the moon becomes ordinary and not neccessary in the first place, that's just like me, without you, my world is empty, ordinary and some kind of boring".
I felt my eyes got teary with every word he said, I just couldn't believe it.
"Oh Michael", I barely got the words out of my mouth.
"You will never know how much you mean to me, but with this you got it so on point", I whispered.
"So, you like it?", he asked smiling shy.
"Of course, I love it!".
He grabbed the box and took the bracelet out of it.
"I wanna see how it suits you", he said taking my wrist with one hand while he put the ends together.
"Beautiful...", he mumbled glaring at it, and so did I.
It was beyond gorgeous, so simple but yet so beautiful.

The time went by and I started to unpack my stuff, Michael himself laid on the bed in his now loose boxers and a white shirt dozing off into a light sleep.
I went to the cupboard and put my clothes on it, I wanted to be as quite as possible so I wouldn't wake him. His day was stressful enough and it was already past midnight. I slipped off my shoes and placed them next to the bed.
I tip toed to the shelf and put down my parfum and my box with earrings and some jewelry. Just as I was about to drop the body lotion it slipped off my hands and hit the floor hard.
"Damn it", I whispered shutting my eyes, slowly I turned to look at Michael, checking if he was still sleeping. Of course not. Great.
"Oh man, I'm so sorry", I apologized.
"Never mind", he groaned, "It's ok".
Through the moonshine that fell from the window I could see him smile.
I grabbed my bag as I remembered the shell. My smile turned into a big grin.
"Hey Michael", I said grabbing the clam and covering it with my hands.
"Yes", he said sleepily rubbing his eyes as he sat himself up, looking at me as I made my way to the bed.
"I almost forgot it, but I wanna show you something".
He started biting his lip as he watched me climbing up and kneeling in front of him.
"Yeah?", he said.
"Maybe it's not as stunning as the bracelet you gave me, but it's unique in every other way", I said smiling as I opened my hands.
"A clam", he cheered chuckling, "Aw you're sweet", he smiled grabbing it.
"Thank you so much Diane", he took me in his arms squeezing me tight.
"I appreciate it", he whispered kissing my cheek several times.

I began to smile to myself, I hopped off the bed and walked to the large mirrow desk next to the cupboard to take off my earrings and wristbands.
From the corner of my eye I could see that Michael was climbing off the bed as well, walking towards me.
"Don't you want to go to sleep sweetie?", he said soft standing behind me.
"Or at least taking off this dress?", I felt his hands touching my upper arms as he slowly caressed them.
Through the mirrow I could see him licking his lips. It got me shivers down my spine.
His hands made their way down, now wrapping his arms around my waist as he embraced me tight.
I could feel something pressed up against my lower back, I opened my mouth to speak, "Shh...", Michael hissed cutting me off before I was able to say anything.
