Liam
Our byes echoed in our tour bus but the line had disconnected way before our goodbyes could even be heard. We all just sat there exasperated of the immense hours of work we had to go through. We might not be human but we still needed legitimate hours of sleep. Life on the road has gotten a bit harder with our vampiric needs.
We all just laid there. No one cared to move. No one made a noise. It was silent. A really suspenseful silence. We all had questions running through our minds and we all wanted answers. The thing was we all just sat there and let our minds fill until they could no longer hold.
"Why Uncle Si would keep all of this information away from us like that," Harry slammed his hands on the table. We all snapped our heads towards Harry. He had be the unlucky lad to break under all those questions we all shared.Louis who sat next to him hadn't seem fazed by it, he just stared aimlessly at the table.
"I dunno," I said. I couldn't keep my stare on Harry. Just the fact that I couldn't help him or ease his mind made me feel so helpless.
"How long had he known of this?" Harry continued to spit out questions.
"The mating or the our mate?" Niall asked innocently. But we all knew what Harry had meant.
"He didn't know either. He thought we were trying to pull another stunt so that we could go back out with our girlfriends," I said. I kept myself busy looking through the window, to only see that it was raining. The sky went forever long with grey clouds and the fog outside seem endless and thick. Luckily, we have our sight heightened as well that includes our driver. Tis weather had definitely picked on our emotions. Or was it vice versa?
"And there you go defending him. Aren't you tired of being his pet Liam," Harry got up from his seat and came at me. He pulled me off my seat and grabbed me by the collar of my shirt. That caught all the lads by surprise. They all got up to separate us but I motioned them to stay back. This was just one of Harry's impulsive acts.
"You were there. We were all there. If you call it defending him then thats on you. Just because you don't want to accept the truth, then I don't know what to tell you," I grabbed Harry's hands and pulled them off. Harry let his hands fall to his sides and his hands clenched into a fist. His jaw clenched and then the sound of the impact rang in my ear. Harry didn't even cringe, he took one last look and sat back down in his seat next to Louis like nothing had happened.
Everyone just stared at what Harry had done. I stood and just stared. Harry had shattered the Telly to pieces.
"Nice one Hazza. Now we don't even have Telly to entertain us," Zayn muttered. Harry didn't speak or even made a move in response. He just sat there. I turned to look at Zayn who had gone back to resting on the other couch. I could see the visible bags under his eyes. Makeup was the only thing they could use on him to cover that up.
His eyes still kept the same Hazel tint he had since we left. The only reminder we had of Mackenzie.
"We can just get another one in the next stop," Niall said not breaking his stare away from his laptop.
"We've been on tour for three months. Three months. We've only had two weeks of vacation. None in which we've been capable of going back to the States. Uncle Si has us on check every minute of the day." Louis muttered. We all continued doing whatever it was we were doing but kept an ear on Louis.
"All for what so that our connection would weaken," Harry added.
"Not that it has," Zayn said.
"We've only known here for about two weeks. Three months have passed and thee signal is strong as ever. Shouldn't that have given Uncle Si a clue that this is not working," Louis said a bit louder.
