Aurora Jones.
I knew saying that to Harry was a bit overboard, I was just so hurt about Luke telling everyone I slept with him that... I don't know, I just lost it. Harry has done so much for me, without being asked to, and this is the way I thank him? I feel horrible.
A knock was heard on my bedroom door, "Aurora, there's someone here to see you." Mom called out.
I quickly stood up from my bed and began walking towards the stairs.
Thank goodness that boy doesn't follow anything he's told, I'm so glad he's here. I want to apologize for everything I said and thank him. I'll make sure to tell him how this wasn't his fault and me going off on him was completely unnecessary-
"Luke?"
When I reached the bottom of my stairs, the person I was expecting was nowhere in sight. Instead, a blue-eyed, blonde-haired boy sat on the couch. He looked worried and I'm pretty sure I know why, who does he think he is coming to my house like this... especially after what he's done?!
"Aurora, can we talk some place private? Your brother seems a bit angry with me." He sighed.
Jake glared at Luke and scoffed, "You know, exactly, why I don't like you, Hemmings. Now, I suggest you leave before I tell my father to kick you out." He snapped.
"I was going to wait to talk to you tomorrow, during lunch, but I couldn't wait any longer. I had to come see you." He sighed, his blue eyes practically begging me to hear him out.
As much as I wanted Jake to do what he just said, I couldn't let him do that. Luke came here for a reason and I had to give him a chance to talk to me about it... whether I wanted to or not. Maybe I could actually slap him for the things he's done, it's the least I could do.
"Jake, please." I glared.
I'll have to treat Jake to something or buy him a new video game, he's been protecting me since Harry walked into the house. It's nice to know your little brother has your back, especially when it comes to guys coming to your house.
I sighed and looked at Luke, "We're going to my room to talk." I snapped, walking up the stairs.
I really had nothing to say to Luke, I was hoping he'd be the one to do all the talking. If he just sat there, staying quiet, I'd probably make him leave. I felt uncomfortable around him, especially because of what he almost did, but the good in me wouldn't allow me to ask him to leave.
You just have to see the good in people Aurora, didn't you? You just could't leave it alone and never speak to him again, couldn't you?
I rolled my eyes at myself and sighed, "You-"
"Before you say anything, please, here me out." Luke spoke when we reached my room.
I turned to face him and crossed my hands over my chest, "I'm listening."
I sat on my bed and looked up at Luke, "I know it looks like I'm the one that told Gossip Central we slept together, but I didn't say anything. Why would I do that, especially after what I put you through? It was Madison, this freshman that's had a crush on me for a while. Calum told me she showed up uninvited and she admitted to it." He explained.
I wasn't sure what to say, now. He may have cleared that up, but that still doesn't change the fact he tried to have sex with me while I was drunk. The only thing I can do now is ask him to leave. I know I feel something towards him, but I don't want to be with someone who would do such a thing when I'm drunk...
