Hunter and Brit

Brit's POV

So, these 3 guys bully me just because I rejected one of them. These 3 guys names are Jackson, Aiden and Liam. Ugh they make life so hard for me. And to make it worse, we are all in the Marching Band.

We were on our state trip to Washington for a comp and my crush, Hunter hangs out with the guys. Its hard to see someone I love with the people I hate. We had all finished breakfast 10 mins ago and they made a total fool out of me. I was walking past their table and they tripped me over and I face planted into my plate of food. I looked up to see Jackson, Aiden and Liam laughing their ass's off and Hunter was  just kind of looking down at his plate with a sad expression. I ran back to my cabin with tears streaming down my face and my best friend, Lacey was following me. She brang back some food so I could eat because I have had a past of not eating. I had a shower, got dressed and now I am here, near the lake. I walked into the jetty and sat down. There was a beautiful view because I sun was still rising because we woke up early asf.

I broke down in tears and was sitting there, sobbing my eyes out. I was sitting there for about 10 mins when I felt a strong pair of arms wrap around me. I turned around to see Hunter. He looked me in the eyes and asked "are you okay Brit?" I shook my head no and put my head of his shoulder. He sat there, with me in his lap rubbing my back.

"Do you wanna talk about it?" He asked softly
"Not really, maybe later"

He pulled me closer and just let me cry.

It was time for everyone to come and practice for the comp so we went back to the buses. We got there before everyone else because the jetty was right next to the buses. He gently pushed me against the bus and said,

"Look Brit, I'm sorry I didn't do anything earlier, I was just scared that they would kick me of the team but..uh...um can I uh ask you something?" he said rubbing the back of his neck nervously
"Umm sure, what's wrong?"
"Well, I was wondering if you wanted to go out sometime?" He looked at me and smiles that famous smile
"Hunter Bryce Rowland, are you asking me out on a date?" I said giggling
"Well, if that's how you want it, then yes, I am asking you on a date" We were both giggling
"Well, I would love to" I said smiling

He started to lean in and so did I. Our lips connected and a could feel a zoo in my stomach and fireworks going off like the 4th of July. It was perfect
