Hunter and Emily

I hear the door bell ring and I get nervous. This is my first ever date. I check the time, 6:28 pm
'Here we go' I think to myself as I look in the mirror. I have my hair is a fluffy ponytail with light makeup on. I answer the door and there Hunter stands in his red and black flannel and long khaki pants with his green eyes looking at me. I feel my cheeks heat up

"Wow" he said smiling
"What? Do I look bad? I can change if yo-" he cut me off
"No, I mean wow, you look beautiful" I feel my cheeks heating up even more
"Thanks" I said looking down
"So where are we going?" I added
"Follow me, I have a surprise"

I locked the front door and we started to walk side by side. His hand slides into mine and we keep walking. It is completely silent, but not awkward, its actually really nice. We cross the road and Hunter asked "Do you trust me?"
"Yes, of course"
"Okay, I'm going to ask you to close your eyes and I will lead you to our spot"

We started walking and I try not to open my eyes over excitement.

"Okay ready?" he asks
I nodded and open my eyes. I see a picnic with all of my favorite foods and candles lit and well, it was perfect. We sit down and start eating and talking. 

"Emily, can I ask you something?" Hunter asks
"Sure, what's wrong?"
"I want you to be all mine and nobody else's so, will you be my girlfriend?" he said nervously
"Of course, Hunter" I smiled
"Oh my lord I though you were going to say no"
We both giggled and started to chat again

"I got you something for our first date. Close your eyes"
I did. I hear him get up and come behind me. I feel something touch my neck. I look down and I see a necklace with a lilac on the end and then he pulls out a lilac and gives it to me and says

"I know this is your favorite flower so I want this to be out flower" I turn around and stand up. I give him a massive hug and kiss on the cheek
"This has been amazing but its really dark now so I think we should pack up and head back"
He agreed and we started to pack up.

We got back to my doorstep

"I had a really great time and I hope we can do it again" he said smiling
"I had a great time too. This was probably the best night ever"
"Well, I got to go know but I'll see you later"
"Bye Hunter"
"Bye Emily"

I opened the door and was almost inside when Hunter called my name. I turned around an Hunter grabbed my face and our lips crashed together.
