Narendra was shifted in a special ward.
Chachi and Amms came with some home
food and they met Nyonika and Vikram
also. They all were sitting in the room and
discussing about the wedding
preparations. Nandini was cutting some
apples which chachi brought with her and
serving her father. And chachi was serving
tea and some cookies to every body.
Amms and Narendra send Mahinder and
Rishab home to take some rest since they
were here in the hospital all night and
almost the whole morning. Manik came in
the room see that everybody is having a
good time talking to each other. He turned
to Nyonika and
"Mom... Cabir and baki sab neeche aaye
hue hain... I'll be downstairs if you need
me... " he said and walked close to
Narendra and
"Papa if you need anything I'll be here just
give me a call. " he added taking a look at
Nandini who was busy cutting the apple.
'How should I make her come with me'
Manik thought
"I will for sure". Narendra replied with a
smile.
"Manik... Nandini ko bhi lejao naa... Woh
yahan... Hum badon ke beech mein kya
karegi. " Nyonika said.
'Mom... You are the best... How you
always know what I want' Manik thought
in his mind and smiled.
"Ya Nandu tu yahan Kya karegi hum sab
ke saath... Jaa bahar thodi khuli hawa le
kar aa." Chachi also insisted
" And Manik make sure that when she
comes back... I want to see her happy and
smiling face.." Narendra added.
'Hmmm... Looks like the destiny is on my
side... ' Manik thought... And after giving
everybody a smile. He was ready to leave.
Nandini came to Nyonika and said...
"Woh... Mom thank you for the clothes and
for the breakfast...and smiled..."
Nyonika got up and held Nandini very
gently by her shoulders and said
" Nandini beta Maine tumhe Beti sirf bola
hi nahi balki mana bhi hai... Aur Tum mere
liye Mukti ke jaisi ho... Aur betiyan
mothers ko thank you nahi kehti... Unka
to haq hota hai maa per... " with that she
hugged her
Nandini too responded her by hugging her
back.
" Acha ab Jao... Manik bete be careful...
Zara sambhal ke ...this is a public place
so...just keep an eye on every body".
Nyonika alerted him about the fans.
" Ya mom I'll take care of that... And mere
friends papa se milna chahte hain...so
how will we do that..." Manik asked.
"We will be leaving in sometime than you
guys can come and meet him...I have to
go to the office. " this time Vikram
answered. " ek saath itne log allowed nahi
hai ". Vikram continue.
"Waise main aur amma bhi ghar jaayenge
thodi Der mein toh... You all can come and
meet him.." Shanno also said.
" chalein Nandini ". Manik asked very
softly that only his mom and dad and
Nandini heard him.
Nandini came out of the room with him.
They were taking very slow steps in the
corridor.
"Nandini..." Manik called her.
"Ji.." She turned a little to look at him.
"How are you feeling now..." He asked her
he also gave a loving look to her.
" Much better... Relaxed ". She took a
deep breath and said with a tiny smile on
her curved lips.
"Waise... Ek baat kahun..." She asked.
" Haan... Bolo naa... Pooch kyun rahi
ho..." He again turned to see her
expression. But she was looking down
now.
" Thank you... Thank you for everything..."
She said in a very softer voice.
" Tum kise thank you keh rahi ho... To
these walls... Or these hospital floor... Or
the ceiling...haan..." he sounds very
serious...
Nandini turned to him and stopped
"Aapko..." She told giving him a very
confusing look.
" Thank you aise nahi kehte..." He tucked
the hair strands which was on her
forehead by touching her cheeks. She
closed her eyes feeling his touch on her
cheeks.
"Look at me Nandini ". He asked with so
much of intensity in his voice.
She opens her eyes obeying him like an
obedient child and looked into his eyes.
Her heartbeat raise by the intensity in his
eyes. She couldn't handle it and looked
down.
There was no one in the corridor as it is
the special ward on this floor. He went
near her and said
"Thanks karna ho to mera naam le kar
bolo." He bend down to her level and
whispered to her.
'Aiyyappa yeh itna mushkil banate hai...
Har cheez ko... Ab mujhe unka naam lene
mein itni sharam aati hai... But nahi aap
Dono ko mujhe pareshan dekh kar mazaa
aata hai...hai naa...aur aap upar baith kar
hasiye... Mere liye koi solution mutt
bataiye...'
"Nandini... Itna Kya sonch rahi ho... Nahi
bolne hai toh mutt bolo... Chalo hum
neeche chalte hain... Sab hamara wait kar
rahe hain..."
Manik brought Nandini out of her
thoughts. By saying this Manik was about
to take a right to get the elevator.
' Aiyyappa aap se ziyada tou inhe mazaa
aata hai mujhe tangg karne mein' she
thought and walked fast to him
" rukiye " she caught his wrist with her
hand. Manik smirks with out turning. She
hold his hand and turned him to face her.
Manik got surprised by her move. He
turned and looked at her face. Her face is
turning red due to the shyness. He is
enjoying suppressing his smile without
saying anything.
She looked at him and with a shivering
voice she said
"Ma..." She cleared her throat
"Manik...Thank you for every thing"
She said.
' it felt so good to hear my name from her
beautiful voice and cute lips... I just want
to kiss her right here... But...control
Manik...control...I won't rush for things
which makes more difficult for her.'
Manik's thoughts are going in a different
' aahh I said it again... Phew ' Nandini
thought.
Manik came closer to her and cupped her
face in his hands
" Nandini... Tumhe thanks kehne ki koi
zaroorath nahi hai..." He paused and
"Hum few days mein ek doosre ki zindagi
ka hissa banne waale hain...agar inn choti
choti things ke liye thanks kahenge tou...
Saari zindagi thanks bolne mein hi nikal
jaayegi " he explained her.
"Phir aapne kyun kaha ki Aapka naam le
kar thanks bolun.." Nandini asked him so
innocently that he laughed.
" kyun ki mujhe Tumhare munh se Mera
naam Sunna acha lagta hai ". He said very
frankly liking her innocence.
"But mujhe sharam aati hai Aapka naam
lene mein. " again she said with a very
cute face being very naive.
Manik laterally got flattered seeing her
cuteness. He was still holding her face
caressing her cheeks with his thumbs. It's
giving goosebumps to Nandini. She was
holding her breath. And he can feel her
warm cheeks under his touch.
" Ab Kya karein tumhe sharam aati hai...
Aur mujhe Acha lagta hai... Hmmm..."
Manik left her face and hold his chin with
his fingers and
" iska koi solution nikalna padega."
He was just having fun with this
conversation... His phone buzzed again...
' what timing...' He thought...and took out
the phone. It's Cabir..
'I knew it...' He thought and picked up the
call..
"Yaar...wait karwaane ki bhi ek limit hoti
hai...yahan hum intezaar mein sookh rahe
hain aur Tera pata hi Nahi hai.."Cabir said
being very frustrated.
"Sorry dude...we are waiting for the
elevator...ill see you in 2." Manik replied.
And cut the call. Without dragging the
conversation.
He turned to Nandini and said
" It's Cabir...lets go they are waiting for
us. " they entered into the elevator.
'Thanks Aiyyappa aaj aapne bacha liya'
Nandini thought.
" Waise...main uss cheez ka solution
nikalunga...you don't take tension.." He
whispered in her ear. She startled by his
closeness.
' Aiyyappa yeh khud hi tension dete hain
aur phir kehte hain ki you don't take
tension ' she thought lifting her eyes
pressing her lips together.
