Monday, a couple of days later.

*Beep, Beep, Beep*

I slammed my alarm clock hard as I could, as I noticed today is the first day of school. I'm still upset about Sammy kissing another girl, so I am ignoring all of his texts and calls, as you would.

I switched my phone on and saw it was 6:30am, great, I got I'm half an hour late for getting dressed.

I got up out of bed and remade my bed, hating not doing it after every use. I went over to my bathroom and took a quick shower. I washed my hair and body, then shaved my legs.

After I got out, I put some makeup on. I only did light makeup, so I wouldn't get in trouble. I put my hair into braids and put little studs into my holes. I put a new nose ring in, being my favourite, a hoop nose ring.

I have about three side earrings on my left, and I have small studs coming up from the bottom to the top on my right ear ending with a bar earring. Then I went over to my drawers and got my school uniform out. I took a look at it and gagged, seeing how ugly it was.

I quickly got into my school uniform and slipped my shoes on. After getting dressed, I ran down the stairs to eat some breakfast.

Mum cooked me some pancakes that were delicious, and must I say better than any I've tasted in a while.

"These are yum!" I finished the last pancake, as I stuffed them in my face all at once. "Thank you," Mum did a little shoulder dance.

We both laughed at how bad of a dancer she was, having a real moment together. I wanted to laugh with my mum, but instead we cried and yelled.

"Right I better brush my teeth," I hopped of the stool and ran to my bathroom.

I took my braces kit out, so I could brush my braces. I didn't go all out on the colour of my braces, just went plain white. I quickly brushed my teeth and stared into my reflection.

"You're going to make at least two friends Maddie, or else you won't get any ice cream tonight," I scold myself. "Mads! We need to go," Nash yelled from downstairs, cutting my speech.

"Coming!" I got out of the bathroom and picked my black bag up.

I threw it over my shoulders and ran downstairs, stopping face to face with Nash. I smiled at him and pulled my bag over my shoulders.

"We have to take the bus today," Nash groaned, opening the door up for us. "I don't mind," I smiled, chuckling slightly.

We walked out of the house and made our way to the bus stop. Once we reached it, we stood still and waited.

We waited for about two minutes for the bus, which was the longest two minutes of my life. Every second that went by, my heart was beating faster and faster.

"Oh, here it comes," Hayes yelled, getting excited.

I looked at Hayes, and tried to smile but I couldn't. School raises my anxiety even more, which does not help at all.

"Maddie you will be fine," Hayes pushed me to the bus, grinning.

I looked up at the stairs and could feel my heart in my throat. I don't want to do this, I want to go back home and lock myself in my room. I took a big swallow and walked up the stairs.
