Saturday, a couple of days later;

I huddled up into a little ball, not sleeping for the fourth time in a row. Today I finally get to go home and go into my own bed, looking up at the ceiling and wondering where everything has gone wrong. Since the incident, I haven't eaten nor spoken.

I sighed to my thoughts and rubbed my dried face, soon going upon my feet over to my suitcase. I got some comfortable clothes out and placed my dirty clothes back into the suitcase, soon packing everything up. After packing, I brushed my teeth and cleaned my braces.

I looked at my reflection and noticed major bags underneath my eyes, my skin being weaker and my weight dropping like fly's along the floor. I look absolutely horrible, how did I end up like this?

"Maddie!" Sammy yelled.

I walked out of the bathroom and into my room. As I walked into my room, Sammy opened up the door and smiled as he saw me.

"Let's do something before you leave. You have been stuck in this bedroom the whole entire time," Sammy walked over to me.

I ignored him and went onto my phone. Woah, is it already Saturday? I slowly looked up at Sammy and read the expression of hurt, making me feel like shit. I walked over to him and poked his arm, trying to tell him I'm not mad at him.

"I want to take you to the beach. Is that alright? We don't have to swim," Sammy perked up.

I nodded 'yes' and nodded towards the door, waiting for him to start walking. He nodded and got the message, soon making way out of the bedroom. We have a couple of hours to spare, and I kind of want to clear my mind and let fresh air to hit my hair.

Matt's Point of View;

"Everything needs to be perfect!" Jada exclaimed as she placed scented candles upon a table.

I rolled my eyes placing some flowers onto the drawers, getting really frustrated with how Jada is freaking out. Maddie is coming home soon, but she won't pay attention to any candles that we are throwing out.

"Stop freaking out Jada. It's not like she is going to pay attention to every single detail," I said. "I know. But I want her to feel happy that we actually care," Jada said.

"Just being here will show her that we care. She won't be fazed with what's displayed on the tables, she would want us here so we can hug her and tell her she'll be okay," I said. "I just got a text from Nash saying he just picked up Maddie," Hayes said cutting Jada's and I's interaction.

"Yay Madison is coming home!" Skylynn said as she jumped up and down.

I looked over at her and grinned, her actions making my heart melt. She's so adorable, pure and overall funny. She reminds me of Maddie, but a mini version. Ten or so minutes later, we all heard a car door slam shut outside.

Everything looked at each other and smiled, where I just frowned as the thought of Maddie crumbling inside of herself came into mind. She's not okay, and she's going to look so weak and destroyed. The door opened and in walked Nash and Chad.

Chad looked at me and sighed, soon moving aside. Then, one weak, hurt and angry Maddie walked into the house. My breath hitched as her eyes connected with mine, her eyes soon drifting down to the floor.

Maddie looked around the room and soon bowed her head, not getting the warmth she desired. Chad closed the door behind her, soon getting pulled into a hug as Maddie started to cry. I felt something grow in my throat, making my whole body numb.
