Chapter 32,

Monday, a day later;

"Madison," Someone said sweetly. "Réveillez-vous!" The person started to whack me.(Translation: Wake up!)

I sat straight up and blinked my eyes a couple of times, looking around my surroundings. I must of fell asleep of Louisa's couch. I looked up and saw Louisa standing their with folded arms, as I slowly started to smile. 

"Sorry, I didn't realize I fell asleep," I rubbed my eyes and yawned. 

My auntie looked at me strangely and that's when I realized she doesn't speak English nor understand it.

"Désolé, je ne savais pas que je me suis endormi," I repeated. (Translation: Sorry, I didn't realize I fell asleep).

She just nodded her head and laughed, as she didn't know how to respond to it. 

"Eh bien je suis loin, Matt se demande sans doute où je suis," I sat up and stretched my arms. (Translation: Well I'm off, Matt is probably wondering where I am).

Auntie nodded and hugged me, as she didn't say one word this morning which was strange. We exchanged goodbyes and went our ways, me calling a taxi in the process. As I was waiting on the side walk, Matt started calling me. I answered and placed my phone onto my ear.

"Maddie! Where are you?" Matt seemed worried. "Sorry, I fell asleep at my aunties and didn't realize," I said as I got into the taxi that arrived. 

"Are you sure you're alright?" He asked. "Yes," I nodded. 

"Où?" The taxi driver looked back at me. (Translation: Where to?) "Hold on Matt," I placed the phone down. "Ceci est l'adresse et le changement est ici. Garder la pointe," I smiled handing him the paper and money. (Translation: This is the address and here is the change. Keep the tip).

The driver nodded and thanked me as I went back onto the phone, noticing Matt hung up. I pouted and placed my phone into my pocket, looking out of the window. Once I arrived, I thanked the driver and got out of the car and headed toward the front door. 

As I went to open it, my head collided with the door as it was locked. I groaned and held my head, rubbing it from how sore it was. I knocked onto the door and waited for Matt, as he locked the door. He finally answered and let me in, watching me walk in and groan. 

"Was the big bang you?" Matt asked as he closed the door. "Yes," I laughed as I continued to rub my sore head.

Matt motioned me to follow him into the kitchen, obeying him I followed. He went over to the freezer and pulled out an ice pack, soon placing it onto my head. I placed my hand onto his that was holding the icepack, looking into his eyes. 

"It's not that bad," I muttered. "Maddie I'm sorry for last night," Matt sighed and placed the icepack down onto the counter. 

"No it's fine," I shrugged as I watched his movements. "I shouldn't of snapped at you like that," He looked back at me and furrowed his eyebrows. 

"Babe we all have those days," I slowly placed my hands onto his cheeks. "I've just been stressed out lately," He sighed and placed his hands onto my waist. 

"Do you want to talk about it?" I softly asked. "Nah, it's nothing," His eyes went from soft to tense. 

"You sure?" I raised an eyebrow as I caressed his cheek. "I'm sure," He looked away from me and bit his bottom lip. 

I sighed and pulled him into a hug, placing my head onto his chest. Why won't he admit about the apps that he suddenly has a big following on it? I'm giving him to the window to jump through and tell me, but he won't even open it.
