Friday, a month later;

I rolled over in my bed and squished my ears with my pillow as I heard my alarm go off. I groaned and fiddled around on top of the bedside table, trying to find the off button for my alarm. I slammed it off and slowly opened my eyes, rubbing the right one as I yawned. As I looked around the room, my eyes landed upon my prom dress. I grinned and poked Sammy, who was sleeping next to me, shaking at the excitement.

"What?" He groaned as he slowly rolled over to face me. "Today is prom!" I sat up and clapped my hands above my hand. "Yay," He sarcastically spoke.

I whacked his shoulder as he shot up, my facial expression showing him that I'm offended. Sawyer then jumped on top of my bed and started licking my face, making me crack into a smile.

"Hello beautiful boy!" I rubbed Sawyer's neck and rubbed my nose against his. "Who are you talking too. Me or the dog?" Sammy slowly raised an eyebrow. "Shut up you," I rolled my eyes.

I started to kiss Sawyer's face, as I placed him onto my legs. I stroked his belly and blew kisses towards him, watching his mouth open wide.

"Want any breakfast?" I chuckled as I slowly looked away from Sawyer. "Sure," Sammy rubbed his eyes.

Sammy and I quickly got out of the bed and headed downstairs towards the kitchen, where the fresh smell of bacon was roaming throughout the air.

"Morning mum," I tapped her on the back as I approached her. "Morning," She winked towards me.

I got into the pantry and pulled out Sawyer's food, as I started calling him. I started to pour his food out, as he approached me. I rubbed his neck and kissed the top of his head, placing the food bag away.

"Yummy," I sat down onto a stool as I saw mum plate up breakfast. "Mhm," She pushed two plates forward.

Sammy and I got our plates and picked up a set of knife & forks. Sammy looked at me and raised an eyebrow, seeing the amount of heaven on our plates. Sammy and I dug into our plates, and awed at the goodness.

"Got football practice after school?" Mum asked. "No, because we have prom," I said as I was cutting a sausage in half.

"Are you looking forward?" She leaned up against the counter and looked down at my plate. "Heck yes. You never know what's going to happen on prom night," I grinned.

"You never know," Sammy raised his eyebrows. "Hey mum, where's dad?" I asked. "Um, on the phone I'm guessing," She shrugged.

I nodded and placed some scrambled eggs into my mouth, looking at Sammy and raising my eyebrows. After eating the breakfast, I ran upstairs to brush my teeth and get ready. After getting ready, I walked back downstairs to the kitchen as I placed my school bag over my shoulders.

"I'm so nervous for tonight," Nash said as I walked into the kitchen. "Aw, someone's nervous," I jumped up behind Nash and ruffled his hair.

"Shut up," Nash rolled his eyes as he fixed his hair back up. "Got everything sorted?" I sat down next to Nash as he was eating his breakfast.

"For the prom?" He asked. "Yeah," I watched as Sammy entered the room.

"Yeah, I have everything sorted," Nash pushed his plate away from him, wiping his hands afterwards. "Hey Maddie," Sammy pulled me up from my seat.
