Saturday, five days later:

Since Tuesday, I haven't stopped asking my parents for a puppy. They said if someone buys me one, I get to keep it. But no one wants to buy me a puppy, so I'm guessing I'm not getting one. After my long shower, I ran downstairs for some mouth watering breakfast I could smell throughout the air. I walked into the kitchen and saw mum placing pancakes onto some plates, which made my heart sob. It's so amazing to just wake up to this, I never used to have this.

"Morning," Dad turned and patted my shoulder; as I walked towards him. "Morning," I smiled at him; as I sat down next to him.

I pulled a plate towards me and picked up a knife and fork, looking at what to put on top of them. I picked up some marble syrup and placed my knife and fork down, squirting all the marble syrup everywhere.

"So tomorrow night is when we are flying to New Jersey Maddie," Dad said; as I picked my knife and fork back up. "Fun," I mumbled.

"We're leaving tomorrow night, staying Monday and Tuesday, then coming back home," Dad picked up the juice bottle and pulled a glass towards him. "When do we fly out again?" I mumbled; as I wasn't really listening.

"Tomorrow night," Dad handed me a glass full of juice. "Cool," I took the glass off of him and swallowed a sip or two.

After about fifteen minutes after eating my breakfast, I made my way over to the couch and jumped down onto it, watching what ever Hayes had on the screen. But after a minute of settling down, the doorbell went off and I immediately knew who it was. I jumped up off of the couch and made my way over to the door, opening it up.

"I'm ready," Sammy sighed; dropping his bags. "Aw, come here," I pulled Sammy into a hug; slightly chuckling.

"I'm going to miss you so much!" He wrapped his arms around me. "Sammy, I'll be in New Jersey on Monday," I laughed; rubbing his back.

"Good," Sammy pulled away from the hug and slightly smiled. "Come on hot stuff, we need to get you going," I pushed Sammy out of the door and told my dad to hurry up.

Sammy and I ran to the car, hopping into the back together. After a couple of minutes, dad still wasn't coming out. I crawled over to the drivers seat and beeped the horn, getting really stressed about how Sammy could potentially miss his flight.

"Dad," I opened up the door and yelled at the top of my lungs. "What?!" He came out the door, chucking his hands everywhere.

"Hurry up! Planes don't wait for people," I beeped the horn again; slightly smirking.

Dad rolled his eyes and closed the door, walking over to the car. He opened up the door, as I got into the back, and clipped himself in. Dad closed the door and looked at me, shaking his head. I cheekily smiled and clipped myself in.

"Maddie, calm down," Dad turned back around and started the car. "Stop talking and hurry up," I patted his shoulder.

"That's my queue," Sammy stood up, after the lady announced he was now boarding. "Hey, I'm happy for you and Hope," I stood up after him and smiled.

"Thanks," He smiled a little. "You know you're my number one girl though," Sammy punched my shoulder lightly.

"I know," I chuckled, watching him punch me softly. "She will never come between us, I promise," Sammy brought his pinky up.
