It was now 7 pm and the show was about to start. Emily, Eleanor and Makaila stayed backstage while Mary and I decided to reach our places in the audience. I noticed that pictures of us had been posted on the internet and mostly on twitter. That way, a lot of girls recognized us as Zayn and Michael’s girlfriends. We weren’t exactly their girlfriends but the fans didn’t want to hear that. We took a couple of picture with some girls around before the show. Suddenly, the lights shut down and the boys from 5 seconds of summer came in. They did a wonderful performance and I noticed that Michael and Ashton were always looking at us. Calum stared once or twice and waved at us and Luke smiled and waved once or twice too. After a couple of minutes, the boys from One Direction came in and performed a few songs. At one point, Zayn dedicated Kiss You to ‘His beautiful’. He didn’t say my name, hopefully.
After the show, we went backstage to say goodbye. We knew that the boys had to sleep so we didn’t expect to spend any more time with them. We already had the whole day and let me tell you, it was enough. There’d been so much drama that I felt really tired and I couldn’t wait to go back to the hostel. When we entered the room, we saw all nine boys relaxing on the couches and the three girls near the tables. Zayn stood up and came to me. I didn’t like PDA and I liked it even less when Luke was around. I really cared about him and I didn’t want to hurt him anymore. Zayn quickly hugged me and asked me about the show.

- You’re sweet, Zayn! But you really don’t have to!
- I’ll miss you… He said, looking down at his feet.
- I’ll miss you too… I will actually miss all of you. I said, turning around and talking to the rest of the friends.
- Aw, we’ll miss you too, Call! Said Louis, hugging me to start a group hug.
Mary, Em, El and Mak joined the boys in the hug. After a couple of seconds, Luke took my hand and pulled me apart.
- Yes, Luke?
- Here. He said, giving me a piece of paper with numbers on it. I figured it was his phone number. I looked up at him, confused.
- If you have any problems, you can call me at any time. He said. Don’t be shy, I might not be the right guy for you but I can definitely be a best friend. I know it can be hard to date someone who’s on tour.
- You’re the best, Luke! Thanks. I said, pulling him into a hug.
- I’ll miss you so much, Call!
- I’ll miss you too…
As we said goodbye to the rest of the group, the whole in my heart was growing wider and the tears were filling my eyes. I didn’t know them for a long time but I was getting closer and closer with everyone in no time.
