P.O.V. Maryssa
As I heard footsteps, I remembered that an old couple was living here. At that time, I didn’t want to wake them up. I slowly backed off but the door slammed open.
- Exc- Michael? I said, surprised as hell.
- Hello darling. He said, hugging me tight.
- Hello! I missed you so much Michael!
- I missed you too! Did you like the treasure hunt?
- I really enjoyed it! But isn’t it an old couple who lives here?
- It is. I borrowed the flat for the night. He said, smiling widely.
- Wait, what?
- The lads and I paid them a night in a hotel. They thanked us by landing us their flat. Fair enough.
- Gosh I love you!
We made our way into the flat. It was surprisingly clean. Michael told me he cleaned up before I arrived but I didn’t believe him. Anybody could clean better than Michael. We entered in the room to a bed full of roses. A hundred candles were set all around the room. A guitar was leaning on a wall, beside a basket.
- Take a place, princess! He said, pointing at the bed.
I sat on the bed as he picked up the basket and opened it. He pulled out two plates with sandwiches in it. I busted out laughing. He pulled out juice boxes and a box of Oreos. We ate supper while talking about his tour and stuff that happened while we were apart. After supper, he cleaned up the bed and picked up his guitar.
- I have something to say to you. He said, as he looked down at his guitar. Hello there, the angel from my nightmare. The shadow in the background of the morgue. The unsuspecting victim of darkness in the valley. We can live like Jack and Sally if we want. Where you can always find me. And we'll have Halloween on Christmas. And in the night we'll wish this never ends. We'll wish this never ends
I recognized the song. I Miss You by Blink182. This was Callie and my favourite song. The tears filled my eyes.
- Where are you and I'm so sorry. I cannot sleep, I cannot dream tonight. I need somebody and always. This sick, strange darkness comes creeping on so haunting every time.
Michael was perfect. He set up all this room for me, he prepared a cheap but good supper and dedicated me a song and played the guitar all night long. He dropped his guitar and leaned over me. He started to kiss my lips and went down to my neck. His hands were traveling on my body while my hands were playing with his hair. I drove my hands under his t-shirt and pulled it.
- Are you sure you want to do this? He whispered, looking at me.
- I am. I love you Michael.
- I love you too. He said, kissing my lips.
He took off his shirt and pulled mine right after. His hands on my body made me shiver. I ran my forefingers on his torso, then on the side of his body, to the bottom of his back. I grabbed gently his belt and made my way to the front if his pants. I unbuttoned them and let him do the rest of the job. He took off his pants and dropped them on the floor. He unbuttoned mine and took them off. He laid his right hand on my thigh as his other hand remained on the bed to support him. He took off my underwear so I was completely naked. I thought I’d be embarrassed to show my entire body to a man I liked but no. it felt right. He kissed my lips slowly as I pushed him back.
- What’s wrong, darling?
- I just wanted to let you know that I’m still a virgin.
- You said you weren’t, didn’t you? He said, confused.
- Yeah, but I lied. I was ashamed.
- You don’t have to be. I’ll be careful.
- I’m scared, Michael.
- Look at me, Mary. Think about the first time we kissed, in the hairdresser room.
As he said that, he slowly came in. it hurt. Tears were filling my eyes. Michael’s lips slowly dropped on mine. As soon as he kissed me, the pain went away. After a couple of minutes, he pulled back. He continued to kiss me passionately, bringing the covers up to our shoulders. I turned around as he hugged me. I loved to spoon with a boy. I felt so good and secure.
