P.O.V. Callie
I looked at Luke confused as he unfolded a sheet of paper that looked like a letter. He looked at it closely before landing it to me. There was a beautiful rose dying on top, drew thoroughly and precisely. I flipped it around to see a huge paragraph. I looked up at Luke as he smiles shyly. I guess he could easily see the question mark on my face.
- Read it Callie. He said, looking down at the letter.
I looked down at it and started to read the first words, not sure of what to think.
«Hey beautiful,
It’s been now about 2 months that we met and I still feel the same way that when we were in Montreal for our first time. I remember when you came to me, crying, telling me that Zayn liked you back and when I let you leave with him. That day, I made the worst mistake of my life. I swear, Callie, he’s not the right guy for you. He will keep on breaking your heart. I didn’t want you to learn it over the internet or magazines so I’m going to tell you right now, Zayn has to date another girl. Trust me; he really has to do this. He has no choice. But honestly, I don’t want you to suffer anymore. You should be with someone good and I promise I’ll always do my best to please you. I love you, Callie. I’ve been into you since the first day and it won’t change.
Luke»
A tear fell from my eye and landed on the sheet. I can’t believe it. Luke was supposed to be my best friend. He was supposed to be the one telling me to give another chance to Zayn, as usual. What was I supposed to do now? My best friend loved me. I wanted to kill so badly.
I Got up and stormed out of my bedroom. I didn’t even give a look to the boys in the kitchen and slammed the door of my flat shut. I ran downstairs and sat in the lobby, trying to reach Mary or Mak on their cell phones.
