35. "Home Faggots!"

Jai's POV -

Beau and Luke had gone to the gym, Skip was taking Isla home from the hospital and James wasn't answering his phone, which meant his was probably with Veronica. I decided to take Lala for a walk, clear my head from everything that had happened lately and have some time to myself. This was usually the time Ariana would go to sleep, so I decided to let her rest, even though I missed her incredible amounts and needed her right now, she had her own stress and her own career to pursue. I kissed my mum goodbye, who was acting awfully weird this morning, constantly cleaning and fussing about the mess in the house, I was surprised she wasn't working. I called Lala and clipped the lead onto her collar, picking up some treats for her and leaving the house. It was pretty early and everything was peaceful, the sun was bright and warm, although rain began to fall lightly as I neared the park. "Good girl Lala." I whispered as she sat still waiting to be let off her lead, I gave her a treat and ruffled the hair on her head. As I unclimbed her collar she stood up licking her lips and I threw a tennis ball across the park. Lala came back seconds later with the tennis ball in her mouth, I threw it again and this process continued for ten minutes or so.

Soon Lala tired and I sat down on the bench we had filmed Question and Answers on, scrolling through my phone and looking at the pictures Ariana and I had taken together. She was flawless, absolute perfection and I still couldn't believe that she was mine, that I was hers. I felt tears gathering in my eyes, I needed to get away, fly to L.A and spend time with the one girl I'd ever loved more than I loved anyone else. My thoughts were interrupted by Lala licking my knee, "Is someone thirsty?" I laughed and attached her lead, ready to walk back home. The rain had stopped and almost dried up in the heat and I'd realised I'd been gone over an hour now. Beau and Luke would be back home now and we could all get ready to go and visit Isla, as I turned the corner to my street I was joined By Shay, obviously going to see Beau. "Hey Jye!" she laughed and I hugged her, Shay was like a big sister to me, I was happy Beau had found someone after Isla, but I knew he would never really get over her, which made me feel sorry for Shay.

Ariana's POV -

"Ari baby!" Gina rushed over and hugged me tightly as Beau lifted my suitcase into the house, "how was the flight?" she asked. Gina was so sweet and lovely, it was great to finally meet her. I'd met the boys when they had been filming in Sydney and I had been doing some publicity shoot, Jai had fallen over as he had approached me, and I knew from that moment I was in love with him. "it was long! But worth it, where is Jai?" I replied, looking around for that adorable smile. Gina prepared us a smoothie and some strawberries and explained Jai had taken Lala out over an hour ago, "I'LL PHONE HIM!" Luke called and as he pulled his phone out I heard Jai's voice wander through the house. "Home faggots!" he called, which made both Gina and I giggle, I stood up from the counter and walked into the hallway. Jai's jaw dropped and he ran towards me, pulling me into a hug and kissed my cheek. "But baby, what are you doing here?!" he began crying, hugging me tighter and locking his lips to mine. "I missed you." I confessed as he pulled away and we laughed together at his reaction. Beau, Luke and another girl joined us in the hall way, Beau hugged his brother and Jai cursed them for keeping it a secret.

"right faggot, Ariana is only here for two nights, so we've booked you I to a hotel, to save space and to give you two some time alone." Beau explained to Jai and wrapped his arms around the girl and she introduced herself. "Beau clearly isn't going to introduce me, so I'm Shay, this faggots girlfriend." she laughed, I laughed with her and we shared a hug. It was nice to meet everyone and not feel uncomfortable, everyone had been lovely so far and I was excited to meet the other girls. Beau said he'd drive to the hotel, but Luke butted in, "Beau, you're not supposed to be driving because of your ribs, I'll take them and Ari can meet Sierra." he said, smiling as he said her name. Sierra was obviously Luke's girlfriend, I could see in his eyes how much he loved her, it was the same look I had when I thought of Jai. "Thank you so much everyone, this is amazing!" I smiled and hugged everyone before saying goodbye to Gina, leaving the house and heading towards the car. Luke put my case into the boot and climbed into the drivers seat, I climbed in the back and waited for Jai to appear downstairs.

After five minutes, Jai appeared with a rucksack and threw it into the boot, slamming it shut after him. "Have you heard from Skip or Isla this morning?" Jai asked Luke. I remembered Jai crying on the phone to me when he'd realised Isla had gone missing, Luke and Beau had told me everything that had happened in the last 24 hours whilst I'd been travelling and said Isla was a massive fan of mine. I couldn't wait to see all the boys again and meet Veronica, Sierra and Isla at last. "Skip's taken her home from the hospital, he said she's acting shifty, but won't tell him what's wrong, he thinks it's just the trauma though. Skip said she won't leave the treehouse, but he's trying to persuade her to come to James' tonight." Luke explained. He stopped the car a pressed down hard on the horn, making both Jai and I jump, Jai's hand gripped tighter on mine and I giggle lightly. A girl with bright red hair skipped out of the house we had stopped alongside and made her way over to the car. She opened up the passenger door and climbed in, giving Luke a quick peck on the lips and turning her attention towards the back seat. "Ariana! It's so amazing to meet you! I'm Sierra." she introduced herself and I leant forward to hug her awkwardly between the seats. "it's so great to meet you too!" I said honestly and Luke started the car up again.

After ten minutes of laughing, singing and chatting about the Twins we arrived at the hotel. It was beautiful, marble statues stood outside and the glass doors glimmered in the sunshine. Jai pulled our bags from the boot and said goodbye to Luke and Sierra as they were on their way to pick up Beau before going to James'. "See you later Sluts!" called Luke, Sierra punched him playfully, Luke pouted and we all waved to each other as they drove off. "I've missed you so much!" Jai sighed and pulled me in for a hug, digging his face into the crook of my neck, "mm Chanel." he whispered, smelling my perfume before pulling away. "The one you bought me, I've missed you too!" I blushed and followed him into the hotel lobby. Jai collected the room Key and a few people gasped as I walked up behind him, I heard whispers and saw people pointing. It was nice to get away from all the attention back home and I wasn't sure I wanted it all here, I just wanted to spend two days with my boyfriend and friends. A young girl approached me and asked for a photo with both Jai and I, we quickly agreed, signed a hotel brochure and made our way to the lift before anyone else could interrupt us. "I've been waiting too long for this!" Jai laughed and pressed his sweet lips against mine, they tasted like peppermint, as always and combined with my cherry lipgloss it was heaven. "I love you Jai." I blushed once more and smiled as he replied, "I love you too Ari."
