'So we're here then, finally!' I say, jumping up and down from excitement and cold. It's freezing outside of the centre. Like 200 degrees below Celsius or something.

That the reason the humans have to wear these special suits. They'd freeze to death if they'd come without.

I've got the key to the gate around my neck on a short silver chain, tucked under my too pink shirt. It's not a normal "key", like the humans would use centuries ago, though it's not that different.

It's like an USB-stick combined with the "usual" key-looks. You hold it agains the gate, it transfers the info about it's holder through your own hand, it beeps, and the gate de-materializes. Tada! You can get through.

Per guilt two people get those keys, and you need two people to open up the gate. It's like a failsafe of some sort.

In Hikary's case, me and Ritsu got the keys. I got it, because I was assigned the guilt's leader and Ritsu because he was assigned my second-in-command.

Not that I feel like a leader, or even like the title. It is handy to be it. It means all negotiations are through me and Ritsu and we're in charge of accepting or not accepting missions and reporting our findings.

'Ritsu, time to open her up, we can't wait here all the time, right?' He nods and get's his key out. I do the same.

'One, two, three, unlock.' I say, and we place the keys to the gate. A small light flicks on on both keys.

'Guild name: Hikary. Key-holders: Len and Ritsu respectively. Last entry: not detected.' A computerized-voice says. The lights on the keys starts pulsing and die out.

With that the first solid gate starts de-materializing, and fades showing us the green scenery behind it.

Bakaito, Rinka and Ritsu go in first, then Usagi and me follow. As the gate behind us closes, the cold from outside immediately disappears.

The sounds of monster-like-birds and all the labyrinths other inhabitants fill the air. The scents of dirt and leaves spreads through our clothes.

But the most breathtaking is the view. A long, weeds overgrown stairs made of loose chunks of black rocks sinks down in the trees. The sun-rays glimmer it almost dark-blue.

The trees to either side of the stairs are big, majestic, and there color is almost unreal. More than a thousand colors green visible between their leaves. It's amazing. It's unreal. It's the Ygdrassil Labyrinth.

'We're finally here...' Rinka says quietly. Her eyes are sparkling like never before.

For all these years we've only heard stories about it. Cruel stories, amazing stories, stories which mostly resulted in death people and being chased by monsters... You know, the "not so happy endings", yet still we loved them.

'It's amazing...' Bakaito whispers, more to himself than the rest.

'You're absolutely right... Everything is soooooo cute!!!' Usagi agrees with him.
